My Experience With DreamySunFlower (Resolved, I've been paid back)
It was late at night when I received an e-mail about a chargeback being issued to me by PayPal. Curious on who might've sent it, I checked to see who it was by!
Thankfully, I had asked DreamySunflower to write their username in the note of the invoice when they paid, so I knew exactly what this was for.
The chargeback was for something I had sold over a month ago on August 18-19th , which was a Hinausa design sold to DreamySunflower .
Though the issue of the design being returned makes this 'slightly resolved', this doesn't excuse the commissions and co-ownership Dreamy has sold to others and bought and chargebacked. Screwing over multiple others. Apparently, they have done this before last year too. The Design I sold to Dreamy costed $80 USD.

Nae Interaction with DreamySunflower (Upselling Co-Ownership)
After obtaining the design from me, Dreamy attempts to sell co-ownership with additional prices involving new art.
Dreamy attempts to sell co-ownership of $100 USD. At the time, the design only costed $80 USD + $30 USD (total of $110 USD) for a single art piece.
With that in mind, that is not half of the ownership price at all.
Nae is aware of this and points out the real value of it and Dreamy goes along with it, selling co-ownership of $50 USD.

Plantsu was sold co-ownership of Mika and was lied about it's actual price value.
Dreamy lied the design costed $109 USD instead of the actual value of $104 USD.

On her PayPal, it's listed as "Nancy", but in another server she had joined, she claims her name is something else. I know this might not be important to some, but
this could be possible evidence of her scamming others in more ways than one. (Example: One of the servers needed her to be of age to see certain patreon rewards)

I don't want to point fingers and say "hey, this is what's possible at this age and not", but conversations with plantsu has deemed

We've done some digging and we're pretty sure this isn't the first time she's done this. She recently made this piece of artwork for myself and a friend:
Back in August 2019, a lot of artists were scammed and charged back by someone called Hopeful Sunflower. If we take the art she made us as a recent example and compare it to the only known reference to HS's art I can find over on Amino, we can tell it's the same artist a year on. The highlights are the biggest giveaway.
I personally ran a fundraiser where I did art to get the money back for the people she scammed. I can gladly provide proof of having done this. To have come into contact with her like this... I'm livid. People spent weeks/ months helping resolve the damage she caused in the past and she has the audacity to come back and do the same thing again.
I do also have screenshots from one of her last biggest victims who was scammed out of $300+ that I've been unable to raise back for her due to my own health issues.
I hope this time she learns from it, but I'm doubtful.

Well, as I can see, at 2019 she joined the gacha life community, and her username is Hopefull Sunflower! And the style how her edits its like the link Crimson sent!^
They charged people's commission too, and then after some months later (if I'm not wrong it was on July?) She closed all her accounts except amino, well I have proof on my old discord server, but I didn't think that now this would be happen, so I deleted my own server(why am I so stupid)
And then at this year, I see the new and the same sunflower on the username again, and they have the same oc (her mains), I didn't know that people have been forgotten her tho, and now they've scammed again
This is just awful, I just hope she'll learn from the bad to good?
And I don't know if she'll gonna be back at the next year

Updated to include some small bits of information. Some of us have been resolved, but this still doesn't excuse her actions nor should it be forgotten.
This isn't the first time she's done this and I don't expect it to be her last.

They are getting hinausa designs trough trades and are reselling them for full price which the artist doesn't allow. They recently got into milqilins species so people, beware!
