i've also had an issue waiting for a custom design, i paid 1700 pts for a unique reference for the design as well. They moved accounts to Disgusting-captain on DA, i found them and messaged them asking for an update and they ignored my first note but responded to my second one stating they had finished the designs and had them on their old stash, im still waiting for a response, they have not opened my new notes yet v .v

Short Version: Lost contact without receiving the second part of the commission, Finding out later on they’re going by another name + actively avoiding responding.
Details:
On August 7th, Lemon had posted an ad in the artfight server offering headshot commissions. Everything was going smoothly and I received one of the headshots on August 18th. When the second piece didn’t come in after a while, I messaged them again for some kind of update. They said they’d be going home the next day on the 6th, and then that was the last time I got any sort of response back from them.
I repeatedly tried to reach out to Lemon again, asking if they might need an extension or due to the Times going on, they might have had something else come up. In which case, I would be willing to provide. Kept sending messages on discord as well as on TH to no avail. Due to personal stuff going on, I wasn’t really able to provide a full “what happened” until now and figured I’d take the loss and accept the one art piece I did receive.
….Only for things to come back to a head on November 16th, where Lemon rejoined the artfight server under a new account and name to post a new ad offering animated commissions. For privacy reasons I will not name or show screenshots of the conversation I had with the mod as requested, but I did discuss with one to ask what to do. They suggested to me to try and reach out again, and when I did message the new account to confirm if they were the same person as well as to ask for either a refund or the headshot itself, they then deleted the post in the channel.
The artfight mods have since taken care of the user on their end. I have filed a claim on only the second headshot that was still owed on paypal since they continued to avoid or even reach out back to me.
Please be careful of this user in the future if they try to offer commissions to avoid what I had to go through.

It seems like August was the overall time when they opened commissions only to deactivate and move accounts later on.
I commissioned them on April 24th 2020 for a ych. I reached out asking if their was any updates on it July 5th to which I received no reply. Since the user mentioned in this PSA is aware of this, yet continues to hop accounts, I would like to ask anyone who would like to block or avoid any future transactions with them to DM me personally for their most recent accounts as to not give them more of a reason to change their names once they're found out again.
It's unfortunately the only real solution I have at this point in time outside of making others aware of their behavior.

Unfortunately, I would very much suggest to bump your message one more time that since the commison is "done" that you'd like it to be sent unless there's some reason that it's inaccessible in which you should be made aware of, and if they don't respond within a day [ or block you as they did me ], to please proceed with a charge back.
Between changing their names and accounts every other three months as well as opening more commisons despite the people they've ghosted, they're unreliable in following through on the services they're offering.
Hey, I was prone to basically help them scam without consequences, they used my PayPal for a long time in 2020 because they told me their parents were strict with their money so I allowed them to use mine. I was informed of their scamming later on and began getting people forcefully refunding their commissions, at this time they began ghosting and eventually blocked and unfriended me from any socials, I had to pay back these refunds and I was very stressed. I've also been seeing them on TH more actively attempting to sell characters. Given their history, I would highly recommend people to not do so in case they also flake out on transfers there as well.
