Hi! I'd a recent experience with user Jukee, started on FB around 28th/29th of December 2020, Jukee made a post on a group there selling some characters, I offered a cell shaded fullbody for a snake, sadly I can't remember their username on FB and I can't find their original post neither.
Contacted them on TH sending them a WIP since I couldn't find the original post and finished my piece (03/01/2021) and send it to them accepting the art here on TH.
On 09/01/2021 I checked my notifications and had a bad feeling about the situation since I saw they accepted my art but cancelled the character, I took screenshots just in case. Tried to contact them on dms again but they'd blocked me.
I do have ss of our chat here and ss of them cancelling the trade, them accepting the art piece and the piece I made for them. Hopefully this proofs are enough... I still have their messages here, just deleted one of their notifications.

I don't know exactly how many characters for free they had, but the one I offered was an orange snake (you can see it in the stash link as well)

Nothing new for now, I entered with another account just to check their account and they seem to transfer the character I drew but I couldn't find where u_u
Do you have the art still up on your TH or did you delete it? Also, you can find a character through their Chara ID, It's how I found some charas I thought I lost unless the new owner deleted it or smth like that.
literallyjujo I did not deleted the art piece I made but I checked before and it seems that they might deleted the credits?
How could I find the character ID? I can only remember the character's name, it was "Haruki" or something similar to that

Do you perhaps remember the designer? You could try to search for them that way :0
If you still have a link to the character; for example, one of my characters Gabun's url is this; https://toyhou.se/2773669.gabun-aeren then the red bolded numbers are the characters' TH ID. You can use the TH ID number to search for it on your browser like this; https://toyhou.se/2773669 and it should work unless they changed ID or smth like that.
