I ordered a plushie on November 25th, 2020. This plush is a kuttari, something I have been interested in for a long time. I was excited to grab a slot for one of these as it's one of my favorite plush styles. We went through and discussed price, INCLUDING an estimated time frame. Which was late February. February is the month of my surgery so I was kinda excited to have an incentive to get through my surgery. Everything got paid, except shipping, since that was in her tos.
February 6th, 2021
February rolls around, I had to reschedule my surgery to April due to complications. Throughout the time from November to February I received nothing. No hellos, check ins, notifications, nothing.
During the time I had redrawn Baphs reference, changing only the art and not the design. So the design staid the same, there were no design changes. I decided to send a message back and notify them that there was a new, cleaner, reference sheet they could use since the old one was kinda ugly. It took them 10 days to respond to me, and after which I sent them the new reference. The messaged back 2 days later with a smile thank you
April 30th, 2021
I can't remember entirely, but I think this was around the time I got out of surgery. I was kinda ancy and wanted to know a new time frame of when my order was going to be done. It was then she stated estamates were not set in stone. This was a shocker, plushes and physical goods always have a turnaround time set. I thought I was going to get my plush in February since that was the original 'estimated' time. She also mentioned a list/queue, something that isn't public. (all commission queues should be public tbh, with some exceptions) I begrudgingly had to reply with a calm, great to hear, knowing I had to wait even longer for my order.
September 25th, 2021 & Current
I reached out again as a little nudge. To see if I could get things rolling, or even a wip. It takes them a good chunk of time to respond. Saying they have been late on their work, 'trying' to get caught up. I internally sigh, there's nothing more I can say and just leave it at that.
I decide to pop in a few weeks ago to see if I can get a glimpse of their 'queue', something that's apparently not public information for them. As of November 12th, 2021, I have received no reply. Radio silence.
I began my little stalking thing on their other social medias to see if they have been active. Low and behold they're STREAMING on TWITCH DAILY? Opening pokemon cards and playing pokemon and other Nintendo franchised games. I stared writing this PSA in class and during writing this they were streaming pokemon sword/sheild. I would also like to point out their schedule, just about every day they stream a different thing. They have also been actively posting on their Tiktoc.
If you're asking yourself why is SOUNDBBABE bringing their twitch schedule into this? Irkcreations has litterally been saying they're behind schedule, her Twitch streams might be the reason behind that seeing that it's almost daily.

I'm planning to get in touch with Paypals buyer protection, however idk if they have to also work with the sellers tos. Inkcreations TOS states that the deposit I put down for my plush is non refundable incase I decide to drop out. But there's been no evidence of her working on my order for a year. Will Paypal back me up if I go through with the buyer protection resolution or do they have to agree with the sellers TOS.
She has been doing this to people for years now, I have gotten into contact with another one of her clients who has said they haven't received an order they bought in 2 years.

This issue has been resolved with a full refund. Although she has refunded me, this has left me with a bad scar and I have been very skeptical with buying things from artists now.
Update: Sent out my chargeback notice to her, she has until the 25th to respond with proof before I begin my chargeback with paypal
Nope, last I heard from her was the 9th of October.
I also followed through with the charge back tonight since I learned about the other person's experences being not fulfilled for 2 years. Unfortiantrly I don't qualify for the charge back anymore, but I'm going to try and call reps on Friday.

I also would like everyone to know I now own her rebranded account name on Instagram and plan on uploading the experience on there so that hopefully when people search up to see if her account has an instragram under her nekkomeneko username they see what she has been up to for a few years now.
Update 11/24/2021
I have finally received contact with her after trying to get ahold of her since October.
She's claiming instagram is acting up for her and has been directing people to email for contact. Not sure why she never told me to email her but ok, moving on. She's now saying she'll refund me but needs time. With how this whole thing has been playing out I doubt I'm going to be recieveing my refund anytime soon.
