Idk if you’ve checked their TH lately but they loghed in here 5 days ago so perhaps they’re being spotty with their activity on some socials? I would suggest sending them a DM on here but since they were and still are actively avoiding/ghosting you it probably wouldn’t do much but still could be worth a try!
I'm a recluse on Toyhouse and pretty much never come into the social forums, but since this artist has somewhat of a presence here, I will also share my experience here.
TL;DR:
@/kzhchii (they/them) on twt and toyhouse has failed to deliver a commission that cost me 260 Euro (which converted to 309.15 USD at the time) from February 2022 that I paid for upfront. They originally told me the turnaround would be 3-4 weeks, but after 5 months passed with them repeatedly ghosting me for weeks at a time, I attempted to cancel the commission and get a refund through PayPal before the 6 month refund time limit was up, only to be convinced to back down from doing so by them attempting to save face and making some progress on the work. They then returned to the same pattern of behavior, ghosting me for long periods of time, until they finally ceased contact with me entirely in September 2022 with the commission still being unfinished to this day (February 25, 2023 at time of writing), and I no longer have any action I can take to formally request a refund through Paypal.

Update 3/27/2023: Chiaki has responded to this thread claiming I have them blocked on Discord (Image: their post and my reply to them below it: https://i.imgur.com/Wc6WeF8.png). I've never blocked them. It's also come to my attention that this person is a repeat scam artist and has pulled similar stunts of selling plushes and never delivering the products in not just the Genshin fandom but the FE3H fandom as well. Update 3/30/2023: As of this morning, I have received a refund of an agreed-upon amount from Chiaki. That technically makes this particular issue "resolved," but I still feel that my experience and the experiences of others should still be available to see, since it's not just a case of dropping the ball with one client, but rather a pattern of behavior. It also just shouldn't have been such an arduous journey to get the refund in the first place, so that speaks for itself, too.
Update 8/13/2023: Not to keep this thread alive long after the situation technically resolved with me personally, I noticed this individual has rebranded here on Toyhouse to the username patagonicat. It's the same person, and they seemingly still haven't delivered on their Genshin dolls on Twitter either since the last update on those was posted back in MAY and it's AUGUST now with no other updates from them on their twitter. The only "bright side" is they announced they would be cancelling and refunding most of the doll orders, but I can't tell if that has actually happened or not. Considering how much I had to hound them to get my refund, I'm not sure about it. After I did finally receive my refund, they made a big speech about wanting to still finish my commission anyway despite refunding me because "they wouldn't forgive themself for not keeping a promise." Should go without saying, but they have not done so, and I haven't spoken to them since this situation died down back in March. If anyone has any information about the Genshin dolls, please feel free to update this thread.
kzhchii You are not blocked on Discord and have never been. We are even still added as friends on there. I'm really not sure what this is supposed to mean when even besides Discord, you could have contacted me through Twitter or even here on Toyhouse at any time, so I am completely confused tbh
Hello! I've been looking on this thread for days and i'm glad you got your refund prior agreement and I support 100% to keep this thread on because I've been looking on their Twitter about the plushies/shop and there is a big scam potential since there are testimonies of people claiming of purchasing pre-orders but no response or items being shipped by the seller. So I believe that there is unfortunately more victims.
I'm an outsider but seeing this happen and the unprofessional attitude by kzhchii just makes me not wanting to associate with them, if you're just like me, i'd suggest to just block them. I hope this thread can also reach more people who are unfortunately victims of said user.

they did something like this on discord to. they took a lot of commissions for custom key chains in a popular furry server. I got the art for mine but never the actual keychain. I don't think many people got the art for it They also seem to have people pay by friends and family
I think they take on too much work for what they can realistically actually do
