The original artist has gotten them to deactivate their account and everything is fine again. Though be on the look out for any art by this person on DA. They only have one DA account with nothing on it so their art shouldn't be getting sold on their.

As far as I know vincent is aware of his art being stolen and is now starting to put bigger watermarks/signatures on it. Still really annoying though, especially since you cannot report the art theft as long as you are not the artist yourself. I did post a comment on the deviation however letting this person know that it's not okay.
