tbh, I'm highly suspect on the Lube account. There's just too much knowledge there, and a lot of feigning ignorance. I think this is a bug out account for pvff.
I'm going to make this as short and sweet as possible, this is not because I have any kind of personal vendetta against this person, but because of the fact that they have repeatedly knowingly taken advantage of many people to turn a profit.
The user Pvff (same on da and chicken smoothie) blatantly ignores the TOS of any/every artist that they purchase characters from claiming that their own TOS overrides the TOS of the actual creator/s

Besides this entirely inappropriate behavior they have also

Basically among other shady dealings this person continually exploits people using their own "TOS" as an excuse to violate artist's/designer's and make a quick profit and when confronted attempts to delete any and all evidence that could you used to warn others.
I really hope this helps spread the word so more people don't have to have their TOS violated and their rights as an artist ignored.

I just want to put my thoughts out there. You probably don't even remember with how many characters you buy and sell, but I sold a character to you for $20 in online currency. I tried to buy them back because you were selling them, but you said you were looking for $75, despite the fact you'd bought them for around $20.
Today I find out that my old character was randomly gifted by you tying to make up for your behavior. Gifting characters doesn't fix how many people you've screwed over by flipping their characters for a huge profit. Gifting characters doesn't fix how many terms of service's you broke. If anything, this is you looking to distract from your past behavior rather than fixing it. I am beyond frustrated to find that a character you could've sold back to me for a reasonable price was randomly gifted to someone else.
Well, they've ran off. Pvff/Alleviate quit TH on March 2nd, so I doubt your message will get seen, @PeachPvnk. I guess the one thing we can do at this point is to watch out for any new accounts and to watch who we trade/sell out charas to. Their ToS is super gross, and I really hope we don't need to deal with another side account, but I really wish they would come back and apologize by like. Not randomly gift characters and instead give them back to the original owner.

She's still active on the account actually. If you check her stats, she was on about 17 hours ago. I don't think she'll actually leave until all her characters have been given off, if ever. She'll likely see it and give a poor apology or straight up ignore it because it's on her beware thread.
