To be fair ~ That "commission" she received is the actual design. (I think it was just uploaded now...) When I had briefly talked to this user ~ she stated her character Carystella was created by black-Quose and I have since messaged the artist and told of the situation with Ayanehime-Chan. She has stated that she has not received a chargeback from her yet.
(update: 11/19/18) Allreii has WON the paypal dispute and got their money back!! (update: 11/11/18) - Admins have frozen AyaneHime-Chan's account until she has paid the artists in full for the infringed art pieces. Please be on the lookout if you see her character ANYWHERE else, because I feel as though she will attempt to change accounts to circumvent this issue.
I want to visibly clarify: DO NOT send hate to this user. Do not attack them, post hateful messages about them, or do anything of the sort. I shouldn't have to clarify this, but I'll do it for the sake of being crystal clear.
I am not personally affected by this person's chargebacks. I am merely sharing the stories of other artists whom have been taken advantage of and chargebacked, despite her commissions being completed. I don't think that any of the artist affected have Toyhouse accounts, which is why I've posted this here since I noticed that Ayane also has a TH account here where she has posted the STOLEN ART.

What happened? On November 7th, user Allreii posted a beware journal on DeviantART about AyaneHime-Chan. In the PSA, it was stated that they had been issued a chargeback. As stated by Allreii, "Paypal already deduct the amount on my earnings without proper investigation! The only thing I can do on my part is file a dispute and wait like forever! NOT even SURE if I will win this case..." Meaning that the chargeback issued has already deducted the amount of 50 USD from their account. In a comment from Zereshi, it was confirmed that they were also hit with a chargeback of more than 100 USD.
Update: I also just refreshed the PSA to find out that AyaneHime-Chan also chargebacked Renaillusion for around 120 USD.
Other artists that have stated to be affected: Yuniiho, Lemiilily (statement proof), Miolet, and Xysty.
Miolet has stepped forward and stated that AyaneHime-Chan begged and made up excuses for refunds on a commission that wasn't started. Miolet refunded her, AND THEN AYANE CHARGEBACKED THEM AFTERWARDS, so they ended up being refunded TWICE.
The excuse that AyaneHime-Chan had given these artists was that she 'took money from their parents' without permission, assuming that they would willingly pay for the art.
Long story short, AyaneHime-Chan has stated that they are a minor, using a paypal account that does not belong to them (which is against paypal's TOS) to purchase art from artists under her parent's noses. They have stated to have messaged SOME of the artists affected, meaning that there are potentially other artists whom have been chargebacked but have not been identified. A few people commented on the PSA, tagging any artists that appears to have completed commissions for this person - but there could potentially be more.
Their paypal name is Ying Raczkowski (I'm not publicly placing their email on this PSA for confidentiality issues, but Allreii has shown their paypal email in their proof images if you want to check their PSA)

Needless to say, I would like to state this: Please do NOT let this user commission you, or buy any sort of content from you until they have taken steps to refund the artists affected. They are a minor and are breaking TOS by using paypal, have stated that they stole money from their parents, and overall have entirely avoided the situation by attempting to deactivate their DeviantART account.
