if an established species has a fully-set-up deviantart group instead of a toyhouse world, can we still submit? or is it toyhouse only?
HEAVENDELUXE given we are on th, a th world is heavily preferred! but if that th world is just, "here's the basics but we primarily exist on dA, so go to our dA group for the details" and otherwise the world is just a character repository, i'll also accept that. the world doesn't have to be the species main hub, its just gotta exist. i can link the da group as ur website!
