Whoaoa- They're so cute! I think the fruit-based looks make it original enough, maybe with the human form they should have a fruity limb (leg, arm, and such).
I would love to get to know them some more!! ^^

So my friend came to me with the idea of a fruit bat vampire, which is a vampire that drinks fruit juice instead of blood. we have slowly been developing lore and im thinking of creating an open species. i might make it closed but im not particularly wanting to profit from this and i kind of just want to share and see this species grow. i would love to get your thoughts and if you want to know a bit more about them. i dont have many traits the make it entirely unique so any ideas would be great help.

Considering I've seen other characters with the same idea as this species and even the "fruit vampire bat" name, I'd definitely stick with it being an open species until you have more ideas or lore about the species. I definitely think Caspite's idea for a fruity limb is a good one and could make your species more unique.
