Are you interested in this species?

1 Votes Yes, I'd like to join when/if you open it!
0 Votes Yes, but I may not join it until more is posted about it.
1 Votes Kind of, but maybe if you add more about them.
0 Votes I'd only be interested if this was an ARPG.
0 Votes I'm interested, but not if it is an ARPG.
0 Votes Not really, but it does have some potential.
1 Votes I would possibly join this.
2 Votes No.
0 Votes No, it is not creative enough.

So I've been working on this little project: Typhos! They're a species that is kind of like a griffin or a velociraptor but with fur and animal like ears! They will either be a normal open/closed species or maybe even a full ARPG!

Whilst I love this species to death, I realize that others may not. So this is an interest check, complete with a poll. The first idea sketch that I made a few moments ago will be put at the bottom of this post.

However, I can't really do this alone, especially if I'm making them into an ARPG. I would also like it to look cleaner than my currently traditional art style although in a few months I should be back in action with digital. If you would like to help out, please post a drawing in your style of the idea sketch at I'll work on seeing if you qualify. While I'd really only like one helper person, I will accept up to a trio of people working on this species!

Alright, here's the big sketch itself:

I do love raptors and griffs, but I'd need more info. Do you mind if I try a sketch?

bugtypezz

hikarushirou Sure! I'm currently doing information about them, but more things I can add here real quick are: They live in a world with nuclear fallout This world is very futuristic. Monsters are abundant in this world. Typhos have a leg structure similar to a raptor style dinosaur (not raptors as in birds), so they are very fast. Typhos has smooth scale-like structures on their chests, beaks, knee areas and middle of their arms. The rest of their arms and legs are covered in fur.

An attempt was made! I tried to give it more digitrigrade legs that were both scaled a furred. I can't tell, but at the top of the head it looked like there was a horn? And I didn't know if the Tufts were ears or just elongated tufts mimicing that. I also can't read the text so not sure what it said about the tail. ^^;

I also don't know dino or birb anatomy now that I think about it, but wanted to try for practice.

Very, very nice! A few little things though - they only have two claws on their hind feet, there are little spikes on their elbows, noses, and the back of their knees, and the head tuft things are indeed ears. Amazing though!
