Design a Superhero/-villain with the powers above

My idea is that you describe a superpower and the next person then designs a character with those powers and their costume/outfit for you.

Rules:
- Finish your claim before claiming again.
- You should finish your art within a month after claiming. So be sure you'll have time!

- Since you're designing a new character, you should provide a full body drawing with colors.
- The gender should be left up to the recipient. Of course that doesn't mean your design has to be androgynous.
- The design is completely up to you. Give them horns or an unnatural hair color. Make their outfit extravagant or maybe they don't want to look like a fool (or maybe they're actually a bunny or an alien). Just try to think of something cool or fun!
- That said, I think it's fair for the recipient to set some suggestions, like for example human only designs, in case they have a specific purpose in mind or just want to keep the resulting design within their comfort zone.
- When you are done, edit the design into your post or link to the character's profile.

This is my first time starting a forum game, so feel free to ask if I left something unclear.

To get this started, here's my superpower:
They can create and manipulate shadows. Like regular shadows, they cannot harm anyone, but they can be used to scare or disorient others, if used cleverly.

So, what do you think would a character with this power would look like? And so I don't just get free stuff out of this, I'll draw a character of their choosing for the person claiming me here in addition to whatever art they'll get as part of the game.
