I'll try and keep this very basic, prices will definitely vary a lot depending on what you want, mostly because I have a lot of different styles I use. when you're ordering feel free to specify if you would like a certain style!
Here is my deviantart (less active) and my furaffinity. I draw feral, anthro, human, humanoid, gore, pagedolls, emojis, basically ill try anything. but if you want NSFW/fetish stuff please contact my FA or DA, not here! (18+ only of course)

generic illustration - these always come with shading, which can be cel or soft
can be halfbody or fullbody. can have a legit background, a simple one, or an abstract one
minimum price is $15, that's for a simple picture that has no real BG
the usual price is $20-$30, depending heavily on preferences and details
extra characters do cost a little more!
pixel pagedolls - these are medium sized pixels with very simple animations
they always have a transparent background!
$15 - $20
usually 15 but price does increase for character and animation complexity
doodle page - Pages that contain a random array of sketchy pics, varies a lot with style/quality
price starts around $30.
paintings - painterly pic, that are fairly experimental. price mostly depends on BG! usually around $20 - $30.
sketches - these actually aren't too sloppy, and DO get colored/shaded a little.
I just like doing these using traditional-style pen settings!
$15 usually
chibi - this one is more of a style, but it's fun so I want to make it its own thing
can be sketchy OR painterly !
the sketchier stuff is $10, and the painted stuff is around $20 (more depending on BG)
emotes/twitch stuff - I'm most comfortable with emotes, but I'm happy to try almost anything! The atwork itself can be normal, or pixel.
I'm also cool doing cel or soft shading, depending on what style you'd like
EMOTES: $5 per emote, which already includes all necessary sizes.
BANNER: $15 - $35, heavily depends on the complexity of what you want
BADGES: $5 per badge
