1- Payment upfront & via Paypal or dA points.
2- Make sure to read all of the TOS before order.
3- These terms apply to private commissions only. This information is NOT applicable for commercial work, therefore the art can only be used for the client’s personal purposes.
4- I retain the rights to use the image for my own purposes, such as portfolios, sketchbooks, etc.
5-After you send me the commissions form (you can find it in the description bellow), I'll send you the invoice (in case os payment via Paypal).
6- If the payment is with points, use the commmission widget on my dA profile to make the payment.
7- I won't start until I receive the payment. If payment is not received in 3 days, I'll take it as a cancellation.
8- I have the right to deny/reject any commission.
9- The time for commission delivery is up to 1-2 weeks. Depending on complexity and demand, it can be extended up tp 3 weeks (I'll always let you know in this case).
