**IF YOU DO NOT FILL OUT THE COMPLETE FORM--WITH AS MUCH DETAIL AS NECESSARY--THEN I WILL INTERPRET IT AS ARTISTIC FREEDOM AND WILL CHARGE YOU A FEE SHOULD CHANGES NEED TO BE MADE IF YOU ADD A SPECIFIC REQUEST WHEN THE COMMISSION IS ALREADY IN PROGRESS OR IF AN ADJUSTMENT TO THE DRAWING NEEDS TO BE MADE BECAUSE YOU DID NOT MENTION A SPECIFIC DETAIL OR PREFERENCE. THIS FEE WILL DEPEND ON THE AMOUNT THAT NEEDS TO BE CHANGED AND CAN RANGE FROM $5-$20. THIS FEE DOES NOT APPLY FOR SIMPLE CHANGES SUCH AS: ADDING A SCAR, ADDING A BEAUTY MARK, CHANGING HUES IF COLORED, AND OTHER SUCH LITTLE FIXES. FAILURE TO COMPLETE THE FORM WITH ALL INFO YOU WOULD LIKE IN YOUR COMMISSION IS NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY.



**I am willing to hold a slot for up to 1 week. This is flexible if additional time to receive payment is due to biweekly paychecks. You will be dropped from the queue if invoice is not paid/you do not communicate with me within this time frame. You can always send me a message and we can work something out! I'm pretty flexible as long as I get paid.
