Sup I'm Andy, i'm an adult that can't land a job (anxiety a bitch) so I'm monetizing my hobby hardcore cause this is my only means of income SO I'm here to do art for you. Yknow at a price.
I (usually) won't respond to any comments that aren't either questions or my form! I read everything- and I appreciate all bumps and voiced interest -I'm just shy as fuck (and probably just a bit asocial lol) so I only know how to reply to inquiries like a normal person..
Everything is listed in USD! I do not accept fake currency (I.E. da points, or any other website that has a currency system like that).

- First and foremost, Using my artwork for NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) or any other Blockchain-related tech is strictly prohibited. You will be blocked everywhere if I see you doing this.
- Do not use my work with/for AI under any circumstances. Just like with NFTs, If I see evidence that you at all endorse the use of AI or purposfully put my work into AI databases you will be blocked everywhere and subsequently reported.
- To be explicitly clear, you are free to do anything for personal use. This means you can crop for icons, repost on other sites (With credit obviously), ect ect. What this does NOT allow is using my artwork to turn a profit (i.e. selling prints).
- If you're reposting elsewhere, tag me on the same site if possible! If I'm not on that website, redirect to either toyhouse (DandyBambiAndy or AndyArtistics) or my Twitter
- I require upfront payment or I will not start working on your commission, with very few exceptions.
- This is stated in my full TOS, but for clarities sake cause I know people don't always click to read things in full, I won't allow a sketch-before-payment situation for anything that is not at least flat colored + $25 and over, so if this is a problem for you then look elsewhere!
- I expect payment within 72 hours of sending the invoice, unless agreed upon/forewarned of delay otherwise. Failure to pay within that timeframe will result terminating your slot.
- No refunds. the only exception is if I have not started and cannot go through with it (i.e. I have to cancel for unforeseen issues that impede my ability to finish it in a timely manner).
- I withhold the right to refuse any commission request for any reason (or lack thereof).
- I'm not obligated to explain myself, either. Just accept the refusal and look elsewhere!
- My turnaround time is usually pretty quick, but please allow at least 2 weeks, from the date I started, for your commission to be finished!
- If it's been over two weeks and I, for some reason, haven't informed you it will take longer, please don't be afraid to ask! There's a high chance my dumbass just forgot to say something in that case sdlfkj
- If you're concerned about the "from the date i start" is when the 2 week period begins; It depends on my queue, and your current position in it, exactly how quickly I get to starting, but on average i'll usually start your commission within a day or two of your order and payment.
- I do WIP updates only on request. Just tell me what stage(s) you wanna see and i'll show you when i get that part finished!
- This isn't the case for Ref sheets, there's more about that in the ref sections!!
- Sometimes i'll send a WIP of my own accord, but this isn't often since i tend to tunnel vision and steamroll through my art, so it's always best to ask to get them!!
- Sometimes I'll actually ask if you would like any WIP shots (usually for stuff with multiple characters) if you didn't already specify.
- Do keep in mind that i will not do WIPs for sketch-only commissions, that includes sketches with added color. Though, I will still fix anything that needs fixing since sketches are easiest to work with in that regard!
- Sketches WIPS are the best time to tell me to make any fixes and/or pose changes! Anything after will be relegated to color corrections.
- You cannot sell my art for your own profit. If you are selling a character that I've done art for, you can only add how much you paid for to that characters value. (Assuming that's allowed if said character is an adopt lol)
- Don't remove my signature. All pieces I complete have my signature or watermark on them, no exceptions
- I need visual references! I can work with in-game screenshots or traditional photos but i need you to provide a digital color pallete with labelling. (ie. Skin, hair, eyes, ect).
- I think it goes without saying but this also applies to written descriptions; I just need a visual to go with it.
- Don't give me shaded references. it's one thing if it's extremely minimal and easy to pick out colors, but for something super rendered/blended? don't give that to me, thanks. Label a pallet for me if you don't have a flat color ref.
- Mood/Aesthetic boards do not count rofl sorry

- Groups of 3 are easiest; Maximum i will likely do is 4 purely because it starts getting hard to find decent refs for anything more than that
- Pokemon (this includes anthros- very specific niche I know lmao)
- Ferals (mostly- i'm pretty rusty tho just to warn ya)
- NSFW (Check my link to that thread. It's age restricted no kids allowed thanks)

- Usually Canines (wolves, dogs, maybe foxes); Honestly depends on if your character can be drawn with a shortened snoot or not since i'm not great with longer snouts that are pretty commonly done with these

- open, closed, ect. There are just some that i Don't Like for one reason or another, or i can't draw lmao

- Depends on fandom, I'm more likely to draw for media I like myself. (MHA/BNHA, Pokemon, Naruto, Homestuck to name some!)
- Visually busy/complex characters
- This is incredibly subjective so if you think your character is "too complex", just ask me!
- You can ignore this if you're coming from your own Character-specific LF/Seeking thread I posted in. The added cost may or may not apply and i will inform you if it does.
- Pretty much anything not listed in the will and won't sections that you aren't sure about!
- Like to be completely honest, if you ask there's a 95% chance i'll agree to it ngl
WILL NOT DRAW
- Any type of bigotry lmao get outta here
- Big beefy bara-like dudes (yet. Need practice.)
- Danties. It's the only closed species I will 100% refuse to draw, so do not ask. I have my own reasons for not wanting to contribute my art to this 'species' :)
- Fire Emblem. Don't ask.(I MIGHT make an exception if we're friends. Might.)
- robots/mechas/anything overly mechanical
- simplified stuff for like a robotic arm/leg/ect is probably fine! This point is mostly in regard to overly complex mechanics and/or full-on robots
- Objectively complex characters. I.E. ones that are very obviously Too Much™ that you, yourself, would always simplify the design just to draw them at all yknow what i mean. One-and-Done type of designs
- Shota/Loli type characters. The cutesy, Lolita, fashion is perfectly fine!! it's just the "i'm actually 100+" specifically while still looking like a child, or any variation of that, i won't accept.
- Particularly for couples/polyships, it should be obvious, but I won't draw any romantic/sexual minor/adult pairings. Don't be gross lol
- Going along with that, If they're both minors it has to be kept strictly sfw. I don't mind romance just don't be weird lmao
- Real people (sonas not included). This is mostly in regards to public figures like youtubers.
Prices
Sketches
These can be colored as shown in a couple of the examples (refer to the "extra stuff" section), but otherwise they're just your basic sketches, this could be somewhat messy or a bit more cleaned up. You are free to line and/or color these yourself as long as i am still credited for the intial work.
You can not give my work to another artist to 'finish' unless discussed with me beforehand.

Flat Color
Just simple flats, no shading added aside from the eyes (you can request that i don't fully color the eyes like in my examples if you prefer).
May or may not include very limited shading. Usually to differentiate things farther back from the stuff closer to the front (Example of what I mean), sometimes simple highlights for shinier surfaces, hair sheen, ect.
Lines will usually get colored just to add some pop- Personally i just think it makes it look less boring for flat colors only lmao

Shaded
Fully colored piece, shading may vary depending on how I feel, being very bold and pronounce or a tad more soft looking. There's two styles of shading, Cell shading and mock-painting (Refer to 'add-ons' for a clear example of the latter). Cell shading is the default and costs nothing, mock-painting is more time-consuming to do and costs an additional $8.

Icons
Very much like my shaded busts, but these are on a square canvas from sizes 1000x1000 to 2000x2000 and always have a simple background. Brushes I use for these are (most likely) always gonna look textured and not completely smooth!
These are done very quickly. Depending on how early it is in the day for me and if i have nothing else in queue, I can get one single (maybe two) done the same day. If there's nothing else in my queue waiting, the longest these could potentially take is 3 days max.
This timeframe does not account for connected icons, dou and trio icons may take longer than stated here.

Extra Costs
Additional charges for multiple characters, background, ect. If i don't outright turn them down, more complex/busy characters (i.e. tattoos, lots of piercings, and the like) will have an extra cost! I'll inform you the extra amount I charge before I send out an invoice.
Please note: There are lineless examples within the slides, which I don't currently offer! Maybe someday I'll add the option when I'm much more comfortable/confident with this kind of style. For now they are purely just to showcase some background work!
