So if I understood correctly, you're just looking for a drawn character design, right?
I have my prices listed on my carrd; As it says on the page, character designs have a fee based on complexity + the process of designing itself which may require many edits (if it's just a redesign the fee would be smaller); also since this is a commercial commission, there would be another fee put on top of that (most likely a multiplier of up to 2x the base price); this would be better discussed in private if you're interested of course.
Now, I dunno if anyone is up to do this. But, I'd like to hire someone to design/sorta redesign a vtuber persona. You can look it up if you don't know what vtubers are (although I don't know if there are many people that don't know lol). I am willing to pay up to $60-$80 on this and I hope that isn't an unrealistic price range. I'm probably gonna bump this for the rest of the week and choose someone during the weekend and I hope that's okay! :'> Just to make sure no one is confused, I'm just asking to commission a character design I'm not asking for art for a live2d rig or anything! This will be used for commercial use and you will get full design credits on all social media, including my stream debut (which may not happen until 2021 but you will get credits on social media now) and everytime I post content. I will go into further detail about the basic design concept itself in DM but this persona with be female and a kemonomimi (person with animal ears and tail) so make sure you can draw those things. There will also be an additional commercial use fee which is the same amount as the type you choose. (Ex. A cellshaded design would be 45 x 2 = 90 USD in total.)

The options are flat full body which is $15, and a small reference sheet which compose of flat full body, sketch portrait and a chibi for $30.
