Now, I dunno if anyone is up to do this. But, I'd like to hire someone to design/sorta redesign a vtuber persona. You can look it up if you don't know what vtubers are (although I don't know if there are many people that don't know lol). I am willing to pay up to $60-$80 on this and I hope that isn't an unrealistic price range. I'm probably gonna bump this for the rest of the week and choose someone during the weekend and I hope that's okay! :'> Just to make sure no one is confused, I'm just asking to commission a character design I'm not asking for art for a live2d rig or anything! This will be used for commercial use and you will get full design credits on all social media, including my stream debut (which may not happen until 2021 but you will get credits on social media now) and everytime I post content. I will go into further detail about the basic design concept itself in DM but this persona with be female and a kemonomimi (person with animal ears and tail) so make sure you can draw those things. Hi, I'd be very interested in designing a vtuber for you to use! I myself have been dabbling in the sorts and have a bit of experience in rigging in live2d, example is my profile picture which is a character I also designed.
Here is my thread for more art examples. For a custom however, I am fine with working with the budget you have for a full body design. If you ever wish to add simple animations, that would be an additional cost we could discuss. :)

Here are some examples of my designs that I posted onto toyhouse! I'm better at pastel/gothic designs but am down to try more complex designs as well ^^ And here are some designs I posted on deviantart! I usually only do a frontal view but could do a back view as well if needed!
I don't have a ton of experience with designing overall so I would probably charge 30-40$ depending on how detailed your request would be and how much additions you want for the reference! Either way I hope you find an artist and good luck with the v-tubing :D
