Terms of Service

1. Purchasing
   1. For Paypal payments, please wait to pay until I send you an invoice!
   2. I will not give out your name/Paypal address to anyone.
   3. You must send payment before I begin.
   4. You are allowed to request to send half-payment up front and the other half after I am done. You will not receive your art until I receive the other half.
2. Refunds
   1. Full Payment: You are allowed a refund if I have not started on your commission.
   2. Half Payment: You are allowed a refund even if I have started on your commission.
   3. You are not allowed a refund after I have finished your art.
3. Ordering
   1. Please fill out the given Order Form!
   2. Proper art references only! Slightly messy is OK, but it must have flat color/a palette and a clear reference. Please note that I do not accept Gaia avatars as references anymore!
   3. No word description references please. [Exceptions: Custom Adopts]
   4. Usually first-come, first-serve.
4. Received Art
   1. You may re-upload your commission with proper credit.
   2. You may use it as page/website decoration with proper credit.
   3. If you do not credit me, I will ask you to take it down.
   4. Do not claim it as your own work if you use it.
   5. Do not use your art for any sort of commercial use, i.e. prints, charms, etc. These are private use commissions, i.e. you can make non-profit prints and charms for yourself.
   6. You may make minor edits to the art. This does not include copying/tracing/making major edits.

Details | Important details you want me to keep in mind or focus on.

Likes | In case I'm inspired to add anything related.

Type | Painted or Pixel.

Reference | Full-Body (for Pixels), clean enough for me to make out the details, including colors! (Non-watermarked images may be needed.) Just a face for the Painted icons.

Personality | If it's not listed on their page, please leave a few keywords: i.e. shy, outgoing, obnoxious, perverted, etc.

Pixel BG | The number of the BG.

Painted Colors | The color(s) you want for the gradients. Also if you want sparkles. Sparkles are nice.

Extra | Anything you want to add or let me know. (This includes BG Edits, like recolors.)

Order Form (Pooty)

Leaf Type | Normal or Mistletoe. (Note: Mistletoe cannot be combined with Bandana undies.)

Undies | Undies Type

Undies Color | Any color(s) and simple patterns, i.e. red and white striped, solid blue, etc.

Add-Ons | I.e. Blush, kiss, none, etc.

Pooty Color | The "skin" color, i.e. pale hooman skin tone, dark blue, gradient, galaxy, etc.

Special | One or two extra details to make your pooty unique, i.e. horns, a tail, a mini hat, etc.

Extra | Anything you want to add or let me know.
