Since I have so many things I'm looking for, I'm going to remove my older threads and place everything I'm looking for here.
I am willing to pay for some of these through points, since I obviously can't get everything for free. So if you wouldn't mind doing some of these for payments, send me them prices.

A full snake naga with slight chub that has both royalty themes and movie themes. They usually have an empty popcorn basket on their head
Design for Mark and his vampire dragon form
Design for Guard B and Guard B's werewolf form.
A very large, bulky, brown skinned human male wearing a tuxedo and has a fedora on. They wear an eyepatch on their right eye. If their right eye were showing, it'd have a glowing green triangle in the pupil.
A pair of young human twins with a brown skin color- One has a moody facial expression with baggy eyes and casual attire. The other looks frightened/anxious and wears a raggedy cloak that has the squared circle symbol for alchemy on it. The scared twin could also have a dragon form. If you'd do anything with the info, the casual looking twin has highly advanced technology with him but dresses casually to keep himself in the lowkey.
Holy Eastern Dragon-taur guard(s) design with a similar vibe/theme to Verdict. Not the half human kind of taurs, though.
Er...I could try designing #5 on your wishlist...not sure it'll come out great...(by designing, you mean like a character profile, background, with some art if I'm correct?)
