I thought this might be a fun game; basically, look at the character of whoever is above you, and come up with a headcanon based on whatever impression that character gives you! Examples could be "i feel like they really like sour candies" or "they probably got bullied in school" etc etc, anything counts and nothing is invalid! Post IC, please! (Just so the person below you has a character to write about, but you don't have to actually write your post AS your character if u get me)

Cassandra seems like the type to enjoy content that falls under the "so bad it's good category." nobody except her closest associate(s) really knows if she genuinely finds such content interesting/entertaining, or if she just likes it ironically and finds more enjoyment in making fun of said content than anything else, but it's probably a mix of the two. :0c

Pop seems extremely relaxed, which they'd attribute to chewing gum virtually all the time. they'd always have a pack of gum in their pocket and decline anyone who asks for a piece.
Johnson looks like he is not afraid to show his true thoughts. His opinions in never brightmooded: Johnson likes to remind everyone that they're not perfect and over all terrible. Maybe thinks too highly of himself, however he acknowledges his own shortcomings
I don’t think Crawler likes being touched much. He’s especially not fond of ppl touching his hair, despite it looking very fluffy.
We'd assume that Jun loves to eat sweet candies a lot after work.
