At times, instead of four eyes, they may have gems above their primary eyes. Additionally, gems that line their sides, anywhere from 2 to 4 on each side, and one main gem above their antlers, or tied into their hair.

[ Defining Traits ] Hooved feet, long horse like tails, multi pointed antler horns, a large gem floating between said horns, large fluffy ears, multiple gems, either four eyes or two eyes and two psuedo gems mimicking eyes.

Dimorphism | Female
Dimorphism in dashers is very slight. Dashers have multiple small life gems along their body that hold their life force. Some of these gems may be 'psuedo gems' without magic to throw off predators. Females usually have fewer psuedo gems, spreading their magic throughout the real ones. Female's gems are usually less potent, but they can survive losing one to keep fighting or dash away.

Dimorphism | Male
Males usually have more psuedo gems. Their true life gems are usually singularly the largest, floating above their heads. Since their magic is concentrated to one powerful gem, they are prime targets for predators. Dashers tend to be more protective of their males for this reason.

General Overview and Etymology

☆Found in the forests mostly, but it's not unheard of that they travel through deserts. The more spiritual of the race can be found in the mushroom forests.
☆Have their own religious hierarchy. Priests and priestesses are more Kirin like in appearance, rather than deer.
☆Lifegems: Males have a central gem between their antlers and many faux gems. Females have multiple life gems on their bodies and one larger faux gem.
