Listen, there's nothing I love more than answering random questions about my OCs and seeing other people answer random questions about their OCs. Conveniently, I also love coming up with random questions and asking them. So, hey, why not make it a daily event? In this thread I'll post a question every day, all of them related to OCs! Sometimes it'll be about your feelings about your OCs ("who's your favorite oc?" or "who was your first oc?") and sometimes it'll be questions asked toward your OCs themselves ("what are your ocs' favorite colors?" or "would your ocs rather fight one horse-sized duck or 100 duck-sized horses?"). You can answer in-character or out of character, answer for multiple characters or just one, whatever you want!
I'll try to ask these early in the day, and you're always welcome to answer any ones that you've missed! Feel free to answer as many as you want at once; just be sure to label which question you're answering! I also have a huge list of questions waiting in the wings, but if you have any questions you'd like to see asked feel free to message me and I'll credit and ping you if I end up using your question!

Q1. Who was the first OC you made a profile for on Toyhouse? Why them?
The first OC I made a profile for here was Dicro Corrune! He's the most well-known OC of mine amongst my friends (most of my friends don't have a lot of profiles up yet but he'd have the most links), is probably my most important character overall even though I have like 50 different OC universes and he's only connected to a few, and if he's not my favorite OC overall he's pretty darn close. There's a lot of me in him, too, so I feel like putting him up first provides a decent insight into both the kind of person I am and the kind of characters you'll probably see from me. Plus he has the most images, the most writing, is the most fun to RP with, and is one of my oldest active OCs... it was an obvious choice for me!
Q11. Which of your OCs is the laziest?
Hm, Rei is pretty lazy and he doesn't like getting up from his pile of pillows. He likes playing video games and sleeping. Lionel can get lazy at times, too. Especially after using his ability too much, he just wants to sleep and will let nothing get in the way of his needed rest.

Definitely my previously mentioned Sean, since that curse of sloth does quite the number on his energy and motivation. But even before afflicted with that he was pretty lazy. Living the life of luxury coupled with depression tended to make him sluggish about everything. My boy Kotaka gets really lazy after the big war of his main storyline. I suppose that'll happen when you're basically under house arrest, everything you fought for was a total lie, and everything you ever cared about except your sister is completely gone. Takes quite a bit to get him off his lazy butt anymore, fitting that sleepy lazy cat demeanor to a tee.

Probably Collin in he doesn't like to do work. Everyone else has a lot of motivation and drive, while Collin, while not being chill in any sense, would rather eat potato chips than study or try to avoid any work at all if he can. But Collin at least tries to stay active since he enjoys it, yet he would probably enjoy sleeping all day. However, physically Griffin might be the laziest since he doesn't like to move much and might be a sort of couch potato, besides flipping papers and signing he really doesn't do much physical activity nor does he want to.

Q12. Which of your OCs is the shortest?
For me, that would be Kameila! She's 4'4", which makes sense because she's 12 years old. Hattie is probably the shortest for her age, though, standing at a diminutive 5'0" despite being hundreds of thousands of years old and a former demonic conquerer. Adorable!
I have much shorter OCs (such as a fairy who's about seven inches tall), but man I barely got a fraction of my OCs here huh I gotta work on that

Quality question. All of them enough of them are pretty short by human standards, probably because my demons are pretty short in general. Really, being over 165cm is considered medium to tall already, it's crazy. Also, all of my familiars are short but they're supposed to be the size of a cat, so they don't count. As well as Emily, who is a one year old baby. Though to be honest my smallest characters are smaller than any children OCs I have besides Emily lmao
Quentin is undeniably the shortest of them all, standing only 120cm or 3'11 tall. He's a dryad, though, and part of a race of dryads that is small in general, only ranging from 100-130cm tall. He's also pretty fat and plump so it's a funny sight, but that's typical for his species as well. The only thing that really bothers him about it is that he gets lost in crowds easier and that the school he goes to is designed for students 160cm up, so he often can't reach stuff and has to put extra efforts into getting places with his short stubby legs better built for walking a hilly forest floor.
The second shortest ones are the shortest of demons, standing 151cm or 4'11 tall. but this place is shared by two characters of mine. The first one is Chiara, an Easterner lady who just had bad luck when inheriting the short genes from her mother's side. Easterners are pretty small on average but even for them she's well below the average. She can change into a huge bear though, so I suppose that makes up for it. The second one's The Botanist, a Northerner pureblood. You should know that Northerners are about the smallest demon race in general, but there exist two types of purebloods: tall ones, often with regular hair colours, and small ones, often with brown hair that turns black near the tips. The Botanist is one of the exceptions of small purebloods with black hair, so he has a hard time blaming his height on his race.
And third one who's short enough to be mentioned is A, also a Northerner pureblood, but unlike The Botanist one with hair that starts off as brown and that gradually turns black near the tips and he belongs to the smaller counterpart of the race. Because of this he can easily blame it on his race, hurray for shallow race stereotypes! Despite his height he's a pretty good fighter and he's pretty strong, as it's always easier to break people's kneecaps when you're closer to them or to damage their internal organs when your macearm's swinging path is at their exact height. Plus I can imagine being rammed in the stomach with such horns can't feel good.

Most of my characters are the average height for their world. Although, Clara is definitely the shortest in Arcadia. She's super bossy and thinks she's better than everyone else. In Colerth, Ivory and Spelin are kittens, so they're pretty short. Jinx is also short, compared to normal people. like me hehe

I also have some fairies that would technically be tiny, but they don't have profiles yet. I only have my fairy queen up so far, but she's not small. Soooooo excluding them and any purposely small animal characters or tiny species...
My shortest character I have up so far is likely Reka here, but that's because she's 7 years old. She'll likely grow up to be pretty average height like her parents. My shortest who's not a child but still has room for growing is my darling Xel. He's just shy of 5'0", but according to him he's not short, everyone else is just too big. But I suppose it doesn't matter how tall you are when you have a 6+ foot wingspan. He does have a bit of a growth spurt, a late one since he hasn't hit it yet at 17 years old, but he does grow to be a little taller. Like... 5'2" maybe. XD My shortest character I have up at the moment that is already fully grown though is Shrike, being 27 years old and about 5'1". Almost all his older siblings are really tall and muscular like their father, but he takes after his mother. She's like, 5'3" but she's rather strong and well built.

This was an interesting question for today because I uploaded Adam today who is my shortest, standing in at 4’9" but wears heels to reach 5'0" and is extremely self concious of his height because he lives in a country where the average height for an adult male is about 6'0". Willa is also 5'0" but she doesn't have to wear heels to get there, she is actually that short because when she was alive her growth was stunted by sickness. Collin is also a lot shorter than average at 5'4" because of Adam, who is his father, gave him some nice short genes.
Tomorrow is Christmas, and boy golly have I spent an egregious amount of money this holiday season! I knew I couldn't be trusted with a PayPal. That being said...

This one definitely goes to Bonnie. He'll toss money at pretty much anything vaguely interesting he sees, even if he doesn't really need it. He should not be allowed anywhere near infomercials or mall kiosks. He's been trying to cut back, at least, but seeing that his boyfriend has essentially infinite money that he has nothing to do with and neither of them have much in the way of expenses for a variety of reasons... well, Bonnie's still pretty easily tempted.
Q13. Which of your OCs is the most exuberant spender?
Most likely my gal, Mariena. She's from a wealthy family and loves shopping, for herself and for her friends. You can expect her to leave stores or the mall with a truck load of purchases. She usually brings her friend, Delyless, along, and although she's also very wealthy Delyless tends to buy less. She'll spend quite a bit on high quality purchases, but overall she buys less things since she only gets what she needs and rarely splurges. Paige here is also a rich girl with an apparent need to buy new things all the time to keep up with trends.
My rich zombie aristocrat, Lee, also spends quite a bit. Always has to get new accessories or clothes when his old things bore him, or when his clothes get messed up from daily activities or the regular life or death situations he and his band mates tend to get into. He also seems to always buy new tea and tea sets, especially since the drummer is a jerkwad and tends to break things often. He also doesn't hesitate to use his fortune to buy new equipment for his band or fund albums/tours when they need a little extra cash backing them.

Probably Griffin, who has a lot of money to spend thus does not care much and is willing to throw around money to suit his expensive tastes. Leysa would also be willing to as well when it comes to stuff that's high fashion of very popular, since she's really with the trends she would be willing to spend a lot for popular products. Her family is also fairly well off has the reasources to do so.
