My TOS. Make sure to read this if you own or are planning to own one of my character designs.
Author's Notes
By purchasing/selling/owning one of my designs, you agree to these terms of service.
Not reading this is not an excuse to break the TOS.
If reselling or gifting a design made by me, please make sure you link back to these, so the new owner(s) may read this.
If you are found to be breaking the TOS in any way, I will blacklist you, as well as put out a beware that no one is able to create new art of this character if you are using it against my TOS. Thank you.
Terms of Service
♥ You are not allowed to resell a design that I have made for more than you got it for from me without extra art.
♥ Credit my TH if storing characters off of Toyhou.se, please!
♥ You are NOT ALLOWED to auction my character designs to see how much you can get out of them.
♥ You are not allowed to flip characters made by me. This means that you are not allowed to buy a character design from me and turn around to immediately put it back up on the market. If you don't know if you want the character or not, do not purchase.
♥ My designs are NOT to be used for commercial purposes. You are NOT allowed to reproduce my design onto profitable items, a few include stickers, mugs, t-shirts, and other items. An exception to this is if you are purchasing a SINGLE item for yourself with the character design to use or wear. You are not allowed to mass reproduce or mass order my designs to distribute to the public. No exceptions, unless you speak to me and we discuss this.
♥ Do NOT make NSFW of one of the characters that I own without my say so. This also goes for couple art, as well as breedings and any others. If you get the okay for breedings, you must not sell any of the offspring without my say so.
♥ Feel free to redesign a character if you do not like an attribute, you may change as much as you like, but if you intend on fully remastering, make sure that you still have the original design and original design credits link back to me and are on the character's profile, visible at all times.
♥ My designs are allowed to be used for NSFW, gore, body horror, sensitive content, drug use, self harm and other forms of questionable content, however, you ARE NOT ALLOWED to use my designs to preach hate speech in ANY WAY. Some examples are racism, transphobia, homophobia, and any others. Do not use them to promote hate speech. NO exceptions.
