Art Trades/Commissions

By commissioning me, you have agreed to read and follow the Terms of Service listed below.

Failure to follow by the Terms of Service may result in a canceled commission with a refund, and or an addition to the blacklist.

---General Items---

• I have the right to refuse any art request or commission for any reason. At any time, should this happen after payment, the payment will be refunded. This also includes trades (any traded items will be returned)

• No payment via any cryptocurrency in any form, including Paypal or other payment platforms that offer this as an option.

• I will not draw any sexual, kink, suggestive, or gore content <3 ty for respecting this.

---Turnaround Time---

• Generally I try to get my owed art to others done within two weeks, but this timeframe can change based off other factors

• If you have any questions on how far I am, you can ask! I don't mind. Just please don't ask me more than once a week if possible

• Only hard rule for myself is owed art will be finished before 3 months.

---Art Usage---

• Please just credit me when using art! You can use either here or any of my other links

• Please do not use my art commercially unless we have discussed this. I define this as using for brand assets (beyond just yourself or a business), but using for personal use is ok! If you have questions on this feel free to ask us!

• Under no circumstances, is my art permitted for use with NFTs and anything Cryptocurrency related.

• Do not use my art for AI training purposes. This also includes uploading it to sites to make art based off of it.

• My art cannot be used to promote hate speech in any form. Storylines are ok, but please do not use my art to promote the ideals of hatespeech. This includes racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, read more here

---Refunds---

• If you would like to cancel your commission please let me know. I am ok with canceling as well as refunds (after payment) at any time until the sketch has been approved. Once you have approved the pose no refunds, but I am willing to make reasonable changes. If you decide to cancel after the sketch please know we reserve the right to reuse the sketch for other projects.

• Once you have received the final piece from us, there are typically no refunds, but please let me know if there are issues and we can discuss.

Designs/Adoptables

By adopting a design created by me, you have agreed to read and follow the Terms of Service listed below.

Failure to follow the Terms of Service may result in a canceled trade/sale

---Trading/Reselling---

• Do not resell higher than you purchased the design for, unless there is additional art (your art can count :D)

• Do not use my designs as NFTs under any circumstances. This will be an automatic block.

• When trading or selling the character please link to my Terms of Service here, or give the user the link just to give them a heads up.

---Design edits/Color Changes---

• Go ham idc, as long as I am listed as the original designer of the design. You got the design, and it's your character so have fun!

• Once the adopt is yours, color changes anything is ok! No edits of my art though please, if you want something changed on my art feel free to let me know it's not a bother! Even if its older art!

---Refunds---

• Once you have purchased an adopt from me, there are typically no refunds, but please let me know if there are issues and we can discuss.

Blocked Users

I will not do art trades or commissions for blocked users. Designs can be given to blocked users. I do not have a public block or blacklist

I no longer have a blacklist but if you are blocked, this applies. This can be for a variety of reasons and prefer not to interact if you are blocked thank you.
