Speedwagon Foundation Official Dispatch: Recipient: Artturi Clash

Order # 023

Status: Assigned

SITREP: Good evening, Agent Clash. We're sending you this notification to inform you that you are to head to Vilnius, effective immediately. You've been selected for this mission due to your connections with your father, the cult, and the surrounding area. As of 8 hours ago, a tour bus was spotted incoming from Poland, with Vilnius as its clear destination. Jotaro Kujo, who has been conducting research on outliers of the Joestar Family, has confirmed that the man on board that bus is Jordy Joestar. Jordy was recently discovered to exist after Mr. Kujo discovered the diary of George Joestar II. Before our agents could meet with Jordy Joestar, he had already left his place of residence by airplane. He appears to have landed in Poland, and be on his way to Vilnius. He appears to have brought a companion with him, we have no intel on his companion, but it is safe to assume that they're both Stand Users. Engage them with caution, inform them of your Speedwagon Affiliation, and befriend them.

We have reason to believe that the reason they've come to Vilnius has something to do with Nuojojos Kultas. There is a high chance that you may come under attack immediately upon arrival in Vilnius. Stay safe and stay aware. Attatched is an image of Jordy Joestar. We do not have an image of his companion. It is unknown whether or not the Cult is aware of their arrival, but as we know Stand Users attract Stand Users, and their interaction is inevitable.

Be ready for further dispatch.

Good luck, Agent Clash. Assigned Gadget: Speedwagon Commlink.
