TOS-

• My designs should not be sold/bought for more than they were originally paid for, regardless of art present, if their design has not been changed in major ways. If the design is majorly different from how I originally designed it when you bought/adopted/were given it, then you may price it as you wish. What could be considered majorly different from a design I've made-
  • They have an entirely different color palette or an entirely shifted color pallet (they are similar to the original but still noticeably different. not a barely visible color difference).
  • They have an entirely different or a majority different design. They could be very simplified from the original, or have entirely different markings but still be similar to the original.
  • They are visibly an entirely different species (anthro to feral, vice versa, or from one real life/mythical species to another- ex. cat to dog). This does include personal species as long as they are visually different.
  • They are given extra features that are large/make the design different, such as wings, extra features, ect.
• Should they have been a free design or a design trade design that was not changed in the above ways from the original, you cannot not sell it for more than 5 usd equivalent of any fake currency. Cannot be sold for real money.
• They cannot be sold for real money if they are not changed in the ways above. Only exception is if they were bought with real money.
• Items do not count as edits/extra features and do not create a design that allows price change.
• All of the above includes the designs of revamps I have made, adopts I've done, designs I've sold, design trades, and design commissions.
• Design's I've made are not to be transferred into adopt communities or used as reference to make something similar in adopt communities.
