These chefs and potion peddlers can create a variety of consumables. While they do dabble in a bit of beauty treatments and health supplements, it’s their cuisine that really shines. Their food can even tame wild dragons! Alchemists also create some very important materials that other crafters can use.

The moon bright outside the small shop, it, like most buildings was closed at this time, though sometimes it did reopen for the occasional 'appointment', but tonight it was closed; inside the vast majority of shelves were empty, though a selection of bottles aligned the counter, and the faint tang of herbs lingered; in a corner, a large egg lay nestled, the odd flower laid amogst the make shift nest. A mouse poked its head out it hole, whiskers twitching as it looked for danger, sensing nothing, it scurried off towards the center, and were a few tiny berries lay, still it was wary....

Viscera caught the slight movement as Carnage slipped into the main shop, his focus on the mice that had made themselves at home, not surprising given the array of flowers, herbs and berries that where been stored (and grown) in the back; the dragon was determined to hunt them all, though he preferred insects, well... mice were a nice snack. The doe left him to it, eyes flicking at her notes, and the dozen or so vials, each containing a black liquid that did nothing.... except to color everything black, maybe Bris would have a use for it.... but for they were failed experiments... something she loathed, and she would not give up... and it distracted her from the constant worry and despair that crept in, Debris was still not back and she'd heard nothing, nothing at all. Snarling under breath she started mixing again, alsmot the same as the others, but with different ratios.... if she could get this to work.... she could make a tidy profit.

The mouse froze at the snarl from the back, and it sat up, berry in its paws as it glanced...but could see nothing in the night lit shop, nothing except a stunning pink flower growing off a vine, the scent sweet, and it inched towards it, slowly it neared the flower.... warning the mouse startled as something lunged, powerful jaws snapping it up as Carnage pounced, and swallowing the rodent with ease, before pulling on his magic to return the vine, and his flower to their normal positions. So easy were mice.... though he knew he'd have to deal with the next at some point. Unfurling his wings a moment, he flared them before resettling... just as a high pitched giggle sounded from the back.. wary now... he inched closer, the sound not one he'd expected to hear his rider make.

His antennae weaved as he peered around, the scent of of the concoction powerful enough to make him sneeze, and the Viscera grabbed him, cuddling close.... "Aren't you soooo cute." She cooed, her voice unusually high, far far to high... her pupils massively dilated, her body in a relaxed state he'd never seen before.. even in sleep the doe was on edge. Snorting as he spotted the pink hued vial..... half empty, he remained quiet, letting the potion run through her system, watching for sympton, once she was 'sober' she could adjust things as needed... eventually she collapsed in a heap, curled in a fetal ball, he pulled on his magic to make sure it would have no lasting effects, before dragging a blanket over her.... and then he returned to hunting the mice.....for several had appeared, stumbling and dazed.... Carnage hissed in amusement as he realised the aroma of that potion was affecting them.... feasting time... and it would mean he would be able to word out an 'antidote'....

By morning Viscera was awake, her eyes blurry and almost no memory of the previous night... almost, shaking herself she stared at the vial, having stoppered it as soon as she woke, it was potent, far more than she'd anticipated.... but if the effects that Carnage reported were true, well, there would be people who would line up it. "Never mention this to anyone." She hissed at the dragon, who looked unusually smug, he'd somehow managed to get rid of the mouse problem, and assured her he could create a antidote if need be. "Of course." He responded, sprawling out next to the second egg. He would never betray her. Muttering Viscera returned to the vial, and her notes, now to calculate accurate dosages.....
