"Are we alive?" Koi heard muffled through the rubble of the former academy. She quickly sat up, clearing the dirt off of her to see the  3 survivors all in front of her, scuffed up like she was but still relatively unharmed.

"It seems to be the case." Maki replied. Koi quickly looked around, because she could've sworn there was 4.

"Where's Kiibo?" Panic rose in her voice, he had to of survived that right? Especially if they came out unharmed. The only response she was met with was downturned eyes and Himiko handing her his headphones. Koi was in disbelief. There was no way he was dead! Right!?

"He... He self destructed in order to break the barrier... We're sorry." Koi wasn't sure if she wanted to puke or cry. Mainly both. She came into this game to expose the killing game and save everyone from their fates, but she only came out with the same outcome, but more heartbroken. No one believed her when she rightfully called out Tsumugi for killing the former Ultimate Adventurer, and yet Kaede was still executed. She knew the Pianist was innocent, and only had one of her hairclips to show for it.

Kaede's hairclips, Rantaro's earrings clipped to a necklace, Ryoma's hat, Kirumi's headband, Angie's jacket, Tenko's scarf, Korekiyo's hat, Miu's goggles, Gonta's tie, Kokichi's scarf, Kaito's jacket and now this? They were all trophies of the friends she so desperately wanted to protected but couldn't. She could feel the tears desperately leak out in anger but she couldn't fight back.

"I'M SORRY I COULDN'T PROTECT EVERYONE!" The Ultimate Fangirl cried out, desperately clutching herself. No one knew how to react because they felt the same way but Koi had to live with the guilt that she knew of how everyone died and who killed them but couldn't stop the game from happening, and now she had to bear the burden of a 3rd killing game on her conscious.

"I think we need to have a 'word' with team Danganronpa." Maki coughed. And by word, she meant kill them and get their old memories back, because even if they couldn't raise their friends back, they could at least carry on their memory.

For Koi's sake
