You Spilled B-BLOOD in My Viper's Den Nightclub??

Iphae

// Bounty Hunter

Iphae was in the process of turning to take his leave when he heard the glass crunch under Ruin. Was that guy really picking himself up after all of that? Iphae had to give him some credit in that aspect at least. For how stupid the guy was he was certainly resilient.

Iphae had plenty of time to saunter back up to the bar while Ruin, slipping and sliding in a mix of his own blood and broken glass, struggled to stand. By the time Ruin clawed his way up, half slumped against the bar, Iphae was there in front of him.

The spew of blood hit Iphae's chest and neck-plumage. He wasn't a stranger to blood but that didn't mean he was a fan of it getting all in his feathers. Especially when it was spat at him.

He reached up to brush some of it off, though his hand froze midair as Ruin slurred out his words. Anger moved through Iphae like a crashing wave. Those watching with bated breath could practically see the fury pass through him as Iphae's feathers ruffled.

"You really don't know when to stop, do you?" He hissed back at Ruin. The man was falling apart in front of his very eyes but for some reason he felt the need to continue to drag this out. Fine, Iphae would oblige him.

Iphae snapped his fingers before holding a hand out to Seethe.

Seethe

// Scientist

"Ah! Yes." Seethe piped up before he went scampering across the floor. He dug into his little tail pouch and pulled out a violet tinted vial. "Here you go." He chirped before placing the vial into Iphae's awaiting palm.

The immanu then took his leave, scampering back over to where Balamel stood. "This should be fun!" He laughed, smiling up at his friend gleefully.

Iphae

// Bounty

Iphae pressed a thumb into the gauntlet's forearm, causing a hidden panel to open up. An empty glass vial tumbled out and shattered on the floor. A mess for someone else to deal with later. Iphae slid the new one in and the compartment quickly closed.

"Lets try this again, shall we?" Iphae growled at Ruin before reaching out and grabbing the front of Ruin's shirt. He dragged the poor guy out from behind the bar. One swipe of his metal claws was all it took to get whatever was in the vial into Ruin's system. He then unceremoniously deposited him on the blood splattered floor. Ruin could stand if he got his legs to work properly. Iphae didn't care. He could take his beating lying down if he so chose.

Ruin felt a strange tingling sensation spreading from where the claws had nicked him. The gashes weren't that deep but BOY did they feel like they were. The pain was intense, much more intense than it should have been. As the sensation spread it made all the other injuries hurt more as well, like his body was discovering them all over again.

Balamel

// Wanderer

Balam's eyes followed every movement around the prosthetic with keen interest, ear barely flicking at Seethe's voice nearby. So that's how he'd sedated him, that time. Clever.

He kept his silence as he watched, though he was notably more tense than before.

"...you known him long?" He finally asked at length, turning slightly to glance at the Immanu next to him.

Seethe

// Scientist

Seethe dragged a stool over so he could sit next to Balamel. He hopped up on it, dangling his legs over the side. "Mhm," He hummed, gently kicking his feet back and forth. "For about... two years now? Maybe three?" He brought a hand up to his chin, thinking.

"Funny how time flies, right?" The immanu hummed with a smile.

Rihele

// Entertainer & Healer

Rihele had made her way back onto the floor by now, freezing in shock at the sight of what all had unfolded. The bar was absolutely wrecked. Blood was everywhere, the poor dude from before was being sliced at.... and everyone in the immediate area was just watching?

Rihele moved across the floor to get the Viper's attention, not daring to get close and actually lose her ability to fly, or worse. Waving him down subtly, she gestured in disbelief towards the events actively transpiring.

'Aren't you going to do something??' She mouthed, not wanting to yell across the already loud club. If it was anybody else, She knew it would already be handled. What was the point of continuing to drag this mess out? Stopping it would solve so many problems, and likely prevent the poor bastard from dying to the myriad of injuries he now had.

The Viper

// Nightclub Owner

The Viper sighs dramatically as he watched the carnage, leaning over the clean bit of bar to hook an unbroken bottle onto his cane, pulling it up to his level so he can flick the cap off and sip it's contents. He takes note of rihelle, and sees her mouth move, but all he does is lift his bottle to her, as a salute.

He will do nothing in his kingdom. His chosen is expressing his right to crush the weak.

Balamel

// Wanderer

"He always been like that?" The low pitch of the ptheran's voice would have kept it from carrying too far even if the club had been quiet... which it certainly wasn't, just then. Movement caught his eye and he watched the Viper's cool acceptance of the goings-on, curiosity piqued. Just who was this guy?

Ruin

// Sen’Reu Bounty Hunter

Ruin let's out a short snarling cry as he crumples to the ground, feeling his nerves light on fire.

He screams, tail lashing as he folds in on himself, twisting his head to glare up at Iphae again as he trembles and shakes.

"F..... F............ Fuck.... " he squeezes out pitifully.

Iphae

// Bounty Hunter

Iphae scoffed as Ruin hit the ground. "Pathetic." He spat the word out like it disgusted him as much as Ruin did. He took a step forward before swiftly driving his other foot into Ruin's side.

Seethe

// Scientist

"Always been like what?" Seethe questioned Balamel, ear flicking as the sound of Iphae kicking the life out of Ruin filled the room.

Iphae

// Bounty Hunter

Iphae crouched down next to Ruin once he had his fill. The leyr grabbed a fistful of Ruin's hair and yanked his head up off the ground. "I'd say I've earned my respect." He mused as he looked over Ruin's battered and bloodied face. "And taught you a valuable lesson in the mean time." He leaned in closer. "You're welcome."

He let Ruin's hair slip through his fingers before standing back up. He noticed the Viper's ever present gaze and gave him a very unenthusiastic bow in response.

Rihele

// Entertainer & Healer

Rihele made a bit of a frustrated expression at the Viper's dismissive 'cheers' gesture. As long as it didn't affect him, he was fine to let the carnage play out. Rihele couldn't say she agreed. Someone had to clean up the messes that Vesper let play out in the sake of entertainment.

She made her way through, moving over and doing her best to scoop the bloody heap that was Ruin off of the ground once Iphae had taken at least a good few steps back. She wasn't afraid of the bird, not with the Viper right there. Still, moving Ruin would be a task that her target would likely complain about the whole way to one of the side rooms. Getting him off to pluck the glass out of his skin and resetting his nose was the first of many tasks she'd have to deal with.

"Alright...come on." She mumbled to herself, straining to lift the big cat boy up and eventually onto her back, beginning to drag Ruin away from the scene. "Dont fight me on this, I'm trying to help." She made that statement clear to him.

Midas

// Performer

— Yesterday at 3:21 AM With Rihele moving the poor guy somewhere else Midas assumed it was time for the clean up. After murmuring to the other musicians to play some pieces that didnt need him he hopped off the stage and retrieved a broom and some towels.

"Excuse me, big guy." Midas said as he passed by the large leyr, briefly making eye contact but quickly moving on to start sweeping the glass shards in front of the bar into a pile.

The Viper

// Nightclub Owner

The Viper watched Iphaes impressive display of power, not missing the small flex toward himself, by damaging his property, but such trivial matters.

He rose from his stool, somehow his white dress still immaculate, his white leather boots stepping gingerly over Ruin and Rihelle, lifting the train of his dress with one hand, and holding the bottle of alcohol in the other.

He made his way up to iphae, the snake head eye level with the big Leyr, as the tongue flicked out briefly, and he spoke. "My my, darling....... You are electrifying. Care for a sip?" He croons, offering the bottle to his Morningstar.

He does briefly lean to the side though, to address Rihelle. "Sweetheart, we have people to take out the trash. Put that down, you don't know what it could be riddled with."

Ruin

// Sen’Reu Bounty Hunter

Ruin didn't move when Iphae finished up with him, besides baring his teeth, panting hard and heavy, as his head was lifted and unceremoniously dropped. He barely winced at the savage kick either, mostly from exhaustion. For it...definately hurt. It felt like he got hit by a vexmyth at full dive, like he'd been impaled, or worse. somehow this giant fuck had incapacitated him with his fancy arm, cheater.

Oh but then someone else had hands on him, that didn't feel great. He twitched and snarled through grit teeth, sucking in a sharp breath, that only filled him with fire. "Don't" is all he managed to growl out, though his meaning lacks further explanation.

Rihele

// Entertainer & Healer

Rihele waved the Viper off slightly, shaking her head as she ignored Ruin's pained growling. "I've got it, he isn't dead yet. I'm just going to patch him up a little bit. You stay and entertain your guest. I'll be fine." If Vesper wasn't going to prevent the carnage as it happened, Vesper couldn't prevent her from patching the dude up while he was still breathing. It was the price that he had to pay for having Rihele around so close and personal.

She had to readjust her grip on Ruin before continuing to drag him off and away. "Just relax, try your best not to tense up. You'll be alright, it's just going to take a second for me to get you to a place where I can work."

Balamel

// Wanderer

Balam's eyes followed the exchange between the Viper and the smaller leyr as Iphae dropped Ruin to the ground, his voice low.

"Dunno. Seems a bit...touchy, I guess? Not sure if that's the right word." Tense, maybe.

Iphae

// Bounty Hunter

Iphae took a step back as a few workers came forth to clean up the mess he had made. He bore them no ill will and didn't interfere. The leyr watched as Rihele came and took Ruin in her arms, dragging the bloody heap of a man off to who knows where. Iphae could care less.

Midas' words caught Iphae's attention. Their eyes met for a brief moment before Iphae chose to look away. "Sorry for the mess," He spoke up though he kept his voice low and quiet. He reached into a pocket and procured a copper spark, flicking it to Midas as payment for his services.

The Viper's words reached him just as he was about to head over to the bar and see if there was anything worth salvaging. The Viper's offer for a drink was alluring though. No doubt what he had was better than a half smashed bottle of the piss equivalent of whiskey.

He made his way over to where the Viper was sitting, looming over the cub owner. His expresion was nigh unreadable. Somewhere between ambivalence and apathy. "Sure thing, boss." He responded gruffly before snatching the bottle from the Viper's hands. "Hope you enjoyed the show." Iphae said with a soft snicker of sorts before taking a swig from the bottle.

Seethe

// Scientist

"Touchy.... ehh," The immanu stroked his chin in thought. "I feel he's within reason." Seethe laughed, beaming up at Balamel. "To be fair he does give people a warning before hand. I've only seen him lash out without doing such a few times."

He watched as Iphae approached the man with the weird holographic snake's head. Seethe would have liked to share a word with that strange man but alas. He had Balam to attend too. Not that this wasn't enjoyable for him, he just jumped at the opportunity to get his fangs into new people.

"He can be a bit rash at times but normally he's got a level head. I wouldn't be sticking by him if I thought he was a danger to myself." Seethe explained, continuing to kick his little legs over the edge of the stool.

The Viper

// Nightclub Owner

The Vipers hologram head stares blankly at Iphae, as a gentle giggle escapes him from behind his mask. "Oh I thoroughly enjoyed it. Watching you grind that vermin into dust was the highlight of my week. This shall be cleaned up within the hour, you're free to go up to the clean floors, or I could set up the best room in the house, send my finest people to entertain you, pamper you. You've ensured no one will make the mistake of disrespecting your status again, and that deserves it's own reward. I'm proud to call you my Morningstar." The Viper praises, caressing Iphaes arm gingerly with the back of his hand.

He seemed unbothered by the way the leyr loomed over him, in fact, his body moved just a touch closer, as if enjoying the intimidating aura.

Balamel

// Wanderer

"Hmm." He couldn't fault the logic behind it -- a warning was often far more than he himself gave -- but he usually wasn't attempting murder when people looked or talked at him funny.

Usually they didn't see him coming, but that was neither here nor there. Those in positions of power had to keep it that way somehow, he figured. His attention still on the two combatants -- or the one, the other having been taken somewhere to get patched up -- the conversation lapsed into silence again at that point. The interaction between the Viper and Iphae had him curious, but not enough to bring it up.

Midas

// Performer

Midas deftly catches the spark Iphae tosses at him, looking almost surprised at the large leyr's quiet words. "No problem..." he says after tucking it in the hidden pocket of his robe. An apology was a bit unexpected, usually the guys who win fights here are a bit more... rough around the edges. Gloat a bit more, strut around like a prized farefowl. Midas couldn't help but think he had pretty eyes before turning back to the mess of the floor. I should see if Rihele needs anything after i'm done here.

Rihele

// Entertainer & Healer

Rihele had managed to successfully drag Ruin's body into an unused side room. "Alright... Let's get you... Set down, I guess." She had to roll her body and shoulders off to the side, having to unceremoniously dump his body against the couch. Luckily Ruin was likely unconscious by this point to the pain. He didn't need another thing on his plate, in Rihele's opinion.

"Wuph... okay." She exhaled, rolling her arms back. Her wings instinctively tried to stretch as well from the weight, soon realizing that they couldn't due to the binds around them. All for show, of course, but inconvenient. Nobody would care if she kept up the 'caged bird, clipped wings" act. It wasn't like she was required to, but some patrons liked it. Ruin wasn't exactly a patron at the current moment, so his opinion didn't matter. Reaching behind herself and slipping the binds away was the easy part. Pulling glass out of this man would be harder.

Rihele knew she'd need medical supplies, tweezers, alcohol if he woke up, a whole slew of things. Luckily one of those things was easy to get her hands on here as an employee. She slipped her way out of the private room, marking it 'occupied' for the time being as she made her way to the back to search around for one of her many hidden first-aid kits. Vesper couldn't get rid of all of them, he was too big to fit into some of the hiding spots.

Iphae

// Bounty Hunter

Iphae couldn't help but scoff as the Viper rained praise down on him. It was a surprise given the fact that Iphae had just caused some pretty monumental property damage, but in reality a bit expected when Iphae took a moment to think about it. The Viper had plenty of esse to replace material objects, but no amount of esse or begging would ever convince Iphae to work for him again if he decided to leave.

"Best room, eh?" Iphae thought over the offer. It had been a while since he allowed himself to unwind in such a way. "Sure, sounds like a good deal." He narrowed his eyes at the Viper's hand before moving his arm away so it couldn't be stroked anymore. "And by 'finest people' I assume you don't mean yourself." Iphae honestly wouldn't put it past 'The Viper' to try and slither his way into spending more one on one time with him.

The leyr took another drink from the bottle before turning away. "I'm taking this." He announced, tapping a talon against the glass as he prowled off towards the room the Viper had previously mentioned. As he went, he glanced over towards Seethe and motioned for the immanu to follow after him.

Seethe

// Scientist

Seethe was comfortable with the silence. Meaning he took the opportunity to fill it with his own ramblings. Luckily Balamel was too honed in on Iphae and Ruin to be bothered to listen.

"Oh, looks like I'm needed once again." Seethe said as he hopped off his stool. He adjusted his shirt before looking to Balamel. "I look forward to seeing you again sometime soon, Balamel! Please, drop by my office any time." He took one of Balamel's giant hands in his own once again, gently patting the ptheran's knuckles before he scampered off after Iphae.

The Viper

// Nightclub Owner

The Viper watched Iphae turn, after accepting his offer. He didn't often offer himself anyways, but a small part of him hoped perhaps one day he'd be asked for. To be taken by someone so powerful and imposing would be quite a treat.

Alas, he would send his best three entertainers, the kind he knows Iphae likes. Pity Aer isn't in, he'd send that one too. "If you desire me, you need only ask~ to be at your mercy would be quite the party. Enjoy your reward nonetheless, more alcohol will be sent up to you~ and anything you desire. Your wish is my command, Morningstar Iphae. " he coos, waving his fingers after the departing pair.

After a moment, his gaze moves to fix Balam in it's path, to wich he simply hums, staring as the tongue on his mask flickers playfully.

Balamel

// Wanderer

Balam caught the motion from Iphae and already knew Seethe would be on his way, gaze shifting from the leyr to the masked individual he left behind shortly after. He felt the immanu's hands do their best to wrap around his own, fingers flexing slightly as a silent acknowledgement. He wasn't quite sure if this counted as making eye contact, with the Viper, but the mask's head was turned towards him. Close enough, right?

He arched a brow in silent question, waiting to see what the other might do.
