Such a helpful W000

As Hector looks at Cupid, his question of if she’ll help the new AW0005 still hanging in the air, she beamed with happiness.

“Of course I’ll help them out! You know helping others in their time of need is my jam, Hector!”

She winked at him before adding, “Well, I better be off! And don’t worry! I’ll teach them everything they need to know!”

Without waiting for a reply, she headed out the door.

The new AW0005 would be popping up in the digital of course, but she had to get her android body back to Cupid’s Strike. It wasn’t that she didn’t trust the others with her physical form; however, things would be so less worrisome if she was back in her office.

As she shortened the distance to her corporation, she prompted her own holobot, Bunnie.

“Would you be a dear and alert the staff that I’ll be busy the rest of the afternoon?”

The pink and white robot chimed and told her that it had already been taken care of.

Cupid thanked her small friend and mentally noted that she had to speak to Hector later about getting Bunnie a body of its own.

——————— The digital was crazy when she entered, so many scared confused faces.

Taking a look around, Cupid got five of the new AW0005 and began to give them the down low.

“Welcome to the Digital! I know you guys are probably pretty darn confused and that’s okay! I was too when I first woke up!”

The group of them stared at her with wide eyes, so Cupid just continued to speak.

“I’m sure Hector will want to talk to each of you soon, but for now, he’s letting me fill you all in!”

After telling them that they’re free to do whatever they’d like to, she began to walk them down to the lower section of the digital.

“Now I know what some of you all might be thinking: ‘This place is scary!’ ‘Why’s this nice lady taking us here?’ Really though it’s okay! We are on our way to meet one of the coolest AW000, KARL!”

Cupid took a moment to picture the AW0001. His helmet was indeed cool and left him so mysterious. She’d be lying to anyone that asked if she said she didn’t have some sort of feelings for him, not that she would ever tell him.

“Oh! Before I forget, if you’re looking to change your appearance, the Lower City is the place to be! You just gotta be careful not to get roped into something,”

She chuckled, adding with a wink to the group, “unless you want to, of course!”

With that final statement, they arrived at KARL’s Garage.

The large warehouse was littered with examples of parts and various other modifications that could be applied to AW000 and their holobots. Much to Cupid’s disappointment though, KARL it seemed was out currently, ‘assisting’ someone with an Android body.

“Well shoot! He’s out right now… and only he knows when he’ll be back.” She shrugged after making her statement; although, her disappointment seemed short lived.

“How about I get you all back to the Boulevard, huh?”

Nods and grins were her answer from the timid group of new AW000 as they followed her out of the Lower City and into the brighter Upper City of the Digital.
