Vine`s Backstory

Growing up in an Orphanage Vine was a very lonely Boy. Overlooked and misunderstood by any of the Adults around him, He was Often the Target of the other kids Pranks. To Escape his Loneliness he would run off into the woods to play with the animal friends he had made, however it never lasted too long before he had to go back to the orphanage.

One day some Bullies were giving him a rougher time then usual, after they had found out he recently turned Twelve. They beat him up a little, made jokes about him, and finally Told him that there was a good chance he would never be adopted due to his age. Vine tried to tell them off saying they were lying. But before he had a chance they tried to attack him again. He Got up and ran from them into the woods, before he knew it he was falling through a mysterious portal that had appeared in front of him.

He woke up in the World of Pokemon! Some time passed and he realized he would never be going back to the orphanage. Vine was happy that he couldn`t get back, but he was also worried about what awaited him in the new world he stumbled on. He wandered through the wilderness looking for a place to stay, afraid of going into a town he stayed in the woods instead. About a week later he stumbled upon a Rillaboom and it`s three Grookey kids. Tired hungry and weak Vine soon collapsed in front of them. Rillaboom decided then to take him in and raise him as his own for a bit. At least until Vine found a more permanent home with the Reigon`s professor.
