Reincarnation AU

Fang’s reincarnation takes on the embodiment of a small human named Linghua Zhi. She’s short and stocky, and is a complete opposite to Fang.

Outside of Megapolis: Shy and seriously paranoid, depending on what and where the RP takes place, her usual Hometown is a small city far off on the outskirts of the country. The city itself is nowhere near as much of a technological marvel as Megapolis is. It stands to be quite advanced, pretty much the capital of the country. Whereas this one is just barely beginning to get into the futuristic aspect of it, still retaining a lot of the more older urban buildings and such.

It is also here that Demon’s are not quite as welcomed, rather stigmatized, leading Zhi to have a serious fear of them given her upbringing.

In her city she happens to work in a small Cafe called the ‘The Lonely Crow - Cafe & Bookstore’ a place where anyone can come in and read while getting a drink or snack to eat. Here she works with her roommate called Nia, the one who helped her get the job in the first place.

In Megapolis: Zhi has the job of a game designer, drawing character’s and assets for the up and coming game company she works for. She moved to Megapolis because her company asked her to, with them attempting to merge with another higher company, in an effort to maximize productivity and create a good relationship between both companies while they worked together on several projects.

Zhi moves into an apartment with her colleague Nia, someone who happens to sleep during the day and work during the night. A perfect setup between them as Zhi sticks to the daytime to get her daily stuff done.

Becoming a Monkey: How it happens, is Zhi coming into contact with the Monkey King’s staff. Its old magic reignites the dominant power within her, alerting Monkey King and Macaque, as well as turning her into a Monkey with her own power’s now. Although I tried to put a twist on them;

Plant Magic: Zhi can grow plants, not so much control them. When she feels an intense emotion, flowers will bloom on her head.

Healing Magic: While not the best at most attack and defensive magic's, she does have the emotional capacity to utilize healing magic, even if she is a bit fearful of blood.

Shadow Ink Magic: Zhi can use the shadows as ink to draw her creations to life, as well as sigils. They are not anymore sentient as her shadow is though, her shadow being much more mischievous, displaying her ‘other side’ in a way.

(There's also a different way to unleash her true form that's buried deep within her, and that would be through using enough of the same magic she has on her. Plant Magic and Shadow Magic.)

Reincarnation: When Fang died, she was against the process altogether when offered to cross the bridge into a new life. Unfortunately for her, her body in the old world had been burned to ashes, leaving nothing behind. And with her one father being imprisoned, the other presumably dead, she made a deal instead with the one who watches over the bridge.

She would go through the process, only if she was given the chance to become herself again in the next life. She was warned that this wouldn’t go over well with her new life, but Fang didn’t care, and simply asked if it was doable. She was told it wasn’t impossible, that there are reincarnations in the world that retain the powers of their ancestors.

Having her answer, Fang passed on, leaving that world for the next.
