And I’m going on an ADVENTURE!

Somehow we left a bit late but still landed earlier than intended! The joys of air travel!

Grabbed a bite to eat as I wait for my next flight

So somehow we left almost thirty minutes late but made it to Japan around 30 minutes early! Gale Force must have been helping us out!

Made it to my hotel safe a d sound! I’m going to go to sleep and be ready for the next adventure!

Time zones are kind of crazy but I at least I got breakfast at the hotel!

I forgot some toiletries so I went to a few stores and look what I found doing promos!

Later on I visited a book store which had… some interesting books! Sadly not ones I was looking for.

Did some shopping at Uniqlo before heading to Mosburger for lunch.

I was supposed to eat noodles but I was very tired 😫 I ended up sleeping on and off until midnight. When I was awake though I watched this very interesting show called Run For Money which will get an anime too. Hmm… that would be very fun to see how heroes would handle the show although there might need to be a restriction on quirk usage less they destroy the area. Seeing thr various celebrities run around Odaiba was really neat though!

I also made an evening run to the nearest conbini to get some provisions and look who I found!

We didn’t wake up in time to see the sun rise but I did get to do Hatsumōde!

First we went to Tsukiji Hongwan-ji, a local Buddhist temple. I didn’t take any pictures inside but we burnt some incense for the gods.

Then we continued walking and ended up at Tsukiji fish market! It was a bit early and a holiday so a lot of places weren’t open.

Then we visited Tsukiji Namiyoke, a nearby Inari Shrine! After greeting the gods there I pulled an omikuji for great luck! No need to tie it there as I leave the Shrine

I also got a couple of omomori too.

Then we continued exploring Tsukiji but didn’t grab any food. We wanted to go to Hamarikyu Gardrns but they were closed for the new years 😔 Maybe another day then.

Our next (attempted) stop was Shiodome shopping mall but that appeared to also be closed!

Instead we took a train to Odaiba and made our way to Diver City to check out the gundam!

All the stores were open and had sales for the new year. I visited a lot of places but I probably spent the most time at the Gundam Base on the 7th floor!

I got a lot of cute stuff between the stores and the gachapon in the mall.

Oh! Also look who I found at the combini!
