Apparently much-needed reminder that reposting artists’ art (by saving the images or screenshotting them and reuploading them yourself) on other platforms without the artists’ expressed permission and without credit is theft and an insult to their passion and craft. You are profiting (in views, in attention, in feedback) from someone else’s work and ideas, who do not get that feedback for sharing their creation.
If you are an art reposter, you are a thief and I have no respect for you.
About the new super like update! Please support creators on Patreon, webtoon takes 30% of the ad revenue!

It gets worse btw. You must hit $100 to even cash out and a super like is a couple of cents. This cash out pool isn’t even combined with ad rev which has the same $100 cash out barrier.
If your outside of the USA you need to apply for an American Tax code too. Which can take some time and is in general a bit of a faff too.
There’s also some new TnC stuff tied to turning super likes on and till a legal expert looks at them I aint going anywhere near them.

Reminder, this is one of the reasons this petition is so important. The very buildings are at risk of these cuts. Including opera, libraries, and other arts and history sectors!
This is going to keep happening, and I don’t think I’m far off in knowing that it’s not a fault of the creators - it’s undoubtedly a fault of the system that’s taking advantage of the creators and the work they pour themselves into.
