By commissioning me, Krak7en - you, the client affirm to have read and agree to be legally bound by the following terms of service listed.Failure to abide by the terms of service may result in a rejected or cancelled commission with or without a refund, and/or a blacklist or public service announcement. Please note that these terms of service may be subject to change without prior notice.
► Rights in RefusalKrak7en has the right to refuse the commission for whatever reason, with or without explanation.► Method of TransactionPayment is after final sketch approval.Can only receive USD (US Dollars) or PHP (Philippine Peso) through Paypal.Invoice will be sent over to your PayPal account. Failure to pay within the next 5 days will result into your commission forfeited, unless Krak7en has been notified for an extension beforehand.Maximum of 10 days hold for commission payment.Voucher payment that come from only ONE third party member is allowed. No multiple vouchers.► TimeframePlease be patient! Krak7en is currently still a student and aims to provide quality outputs for both their academic responsibilities and you as their client.This means turnaround time for commissions are within 2 weeks to 2 months latest. 1 month is the average.You may contact at any time to ask for a progress check on the commission, but refrain sending reminders every day. Every 2-3 business days are encouraged.Krak7en will notify you immediately of any personal matters that conflict with their schedule that needs extension way past 2 months time.► Commercial RightsKrak7en's works, both commissions and customs, are for personal use only with exceptions to VTUBER models! Pieces made for VTUBERs will automatically have a +75% commercial fee.Please do not ask when other options will be allowed nor negotiate. The TOS will automatically be updated if rules change.Printing of artworks and using the piece as social media icon and banner for personal use is allowed.
✦ Krak7en's commissions and customs are limited and only open during a certain time. These are often first come, first serve.✦ To reserve a slot, fill out the details in the Google Forms and wait for Krak7en to contact you.✦ The forms will automatically close if Krak7en's slots are not open anymore. As long as you are able to submit, this means you can still reserve a slot.✦ If you wish to order but do not want to use Google Forms, you can order through DMs. However, this can affect your placement in priority or even your chances to fully book a slot compared to those that submitted through Forms depending on the influx of form submissions.
1. Edits are allowed on certain conditions.You may make minor edits to the completed commission (ex. cropping, adding text or borders, changing brightness, hue, or saturation), however, major edits such as recoloring or redrawing on top the commission is prohibited.2. All artworks and adoptables are created by Krak7en.✦ You may use or reupload the commission for personal use, but only if proper credit to Krak7en and any of their aforementioned social medias.✦ All adoptables or customs designed by Krak7en must link back to their Toyhouse account.✦ Krak7en retains the rights of uploading or using your commissions as possible art samples. If the client wishes to keep the piece private, make sure to note beforehand.✦ NFT & AI use is prohibited. If you see Krak7en's artwork being redistributed in any NFT sites or being fed to train generators such as Stable Diffusion or the like, PLEASE inform them immediately and report.
✦ 100% refund is allowed if Krak7en has not made any progress ahead the initial sketch within the 2 month duration.✦ 60% refund is allowed after the final sketch approval.✦ No refunds are allowed after any stage past the final sketch.
