By purchasing my services, you agree to these terms:

General

• I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason.
• You may not claim my work as your own. Give art/design credit to sacuvi (tumblr/toyhou.se: sacuvi, twt: @sacuvi_).
• I reserve the right to upload the art/design in my gallery for any reason (if you prefer I don't, let me know).• You are purchasing digital goods and no items will be shipped.
• You are NOT authorised to change, edit, or modify my work without permission.
• You are NOT authorised to trace or use my work as a base.
• Using my work for NFT use is prohibited.• Clients who have commissioned and/or received work before this TOS has gone into effect are still bound to its contents.PAYMENT + REFUNDS
• Payments are done through PayPal Invoice.
• There are no refunds offered for pre-made designs or commissions.
• You are NOT authorised to issue a chargeback for any reason. Any request to cancel should be communicated personally.
• Purposefully issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel/refund a project will result in immediate blacklisting for you as well as your email address, and anyone sharing your PayPal account, including side accounts.

Commissions

• Time taken to complete the art will vary with complexity and my personal availability (up to 5 weeks).
• You will receive a png image file format.
• I will not claim your character nor reuse art of original characters for other commercial purposes.REFUNDS
• No refunds after the sketch has been delivered.
• In the case of me cancelling your order, full refund will be issued.OK TO USE

Adoptables

• Once claimed, payment is due within 48 hours of invoice.
