hi tumblr, long time no see! it’s been a second since my last real post. this year has been so busy and emotionally taxing. i’ve really missed drawing. i made an instagram to be more consistent with doodling and was pretty dedicated for about a week or so (sweats)… BUT obligations irl have momentarily ebbed, so i’m doing my best to catch up everywhere – updating sites, responding to messages, the whole shebang – and pump some art out while i can. 💪

SCREAMS INTO THE NIGHT @chocolapeanut spoiling me & your eyes with this magically delicious image of my nanase as a magician!! i am HEAD OVER HEELS for the bunny!magician theme! that precious bunny suit complete with thigh high boots and bunny ears is just the CUTEST FREAKIN THING OK, and i love the oversized hat and magic wand! the birds in flight are STUNNING and look like they are actually in motion with your clever use of perspective & arrangement!! your color sense is impeccable as ever; i can’t stop admiring the selection of blues & purples against the more muted palette of her makeup and hair gradient! the whole illust also makes me super nostalgic since wee pidgy’s first CG image EVER was of nanase in a bunny suit LMAO. ♥♥♥

VIBRATES!!! i was sooOOooOO freaking excited when hino opened her commission slots because she is one of my absolute favorite artists ever – you can bet i jumped on that shit like white on rice and i’m SO happy i did because DAMN, AM I IN LOVE WITH THIS. the whole concept she drafted of raphael resting in nanase’s lap while the two gaze at each other is just absolutely perfect; this scene is so sweet and intimate and just completely nails them. ;o; ♥ nana turned out gorgeous with that voluminous hair and those soft pastel colors; the attention to her outfit’s details are so great, right down to her little seashell flats and pearl necklace! raphael’s physique BLOWS ME AWAY, especially those pecs and arms! traces ur men forever. that hand reaching up and twirling a bit of nana’s hair gets me every time, AGH. I AM DECEASED. ♥

A big thank you to both @krisseharts and @sireinita for doing a sorta last-minute Valentine collab! Here we have our OCs, Kara Fueki (blonde; Krissy’s), Nanase Shimizu (black hair; Pidgy’s) and Kiyko Tanaka (redhead; mine!) celebrating and preparing for the special day in their own way for those they love!
I did the sketch and lines of the chibis, Krissy did the lines of the mains and colored the chibis, and Pidgy did the colors on the mains as well as BGs and whatnot!
This couldn’t have been finished without them and I’m so happy with the finished result ♥LOOK AT OUR RAD 3WAY TEAMWORK. Big thank you to my artsy girls who did this all together ILU both! ♡
