TERMS OF SERVICE [Commissions]

By purchasing my art services, you automatically agree to the following conditions. Make sure to read entirely and carefully. I reserve the right to revoke my services if you fail to read, understand and agree to these terms. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to shoot me an email at TLZComms@gmail.com

- I reserve the right to decline any commission without reason.

- Must provide Art / Image references (Min. 1) . I do not work from description only.

- I require full payment up front. Once payment is sent, I will begin the sketch.

- All payment is through Paypal (USD) and done through invoice. Please provide your email when the time comes.

- Refunds will ONLY be issued if the commission has not been started OR if I have to cancel before the completed stage. (I will keep a percentage for the work done). Chargebacks will result in being blacklisted.

- Estimated turnaround: 3 days to 3 weeks , subject to change based on my schedule. Rush orders can be arranged with enough notice and a rush fee. Discuss with me first.

- WIPS are provided at all stages (sketch, line art, color).

Any major changes can only be made during the intial sketch phase (Ex: Changing the pose, adding important details,etc.) Lineart changes must be minor. Once the final piece is sent, you are also free to ask for minor color changes.

Upon receiving your finished artwork;

- All art is for Personal Use ONLY. My art is NOT to be used for NFT’s, Commercial use or AI.

All work is digital goods ONLY.

If selling a character, my art is NOT to be added to the price value. Credit me if you upload the art to any site. Never remove my signature. (Cropping for icons is fine.)

- I retain the rights to my art/ upload my work to any of my socials/ use as samples for future comms.

Single Character Bust - $40

Single Character Waistup - $55

Single Character FullBody - $70

(Couples are double the price.)
