terms of service
• I only accept commissions from clients who are 18+ years old.
• I primarily use PayPal invoices, however I am flexible & have CashApp, Venmo, and Ko-fi.
• The commission will not be started until the invoice is paid.
• If the client's commission idea or character are particularly complicated, there may be extra fees. A quote will be given before payment is requested.
• By payment and collection of the commission, the client enters the agreement that this artwork may be printed for personal use only.
• There shall not be any reproduction of this artwork for profit or mass distribution not agreed to by the artist (myself).
• Clients do not have the right to mint/sell their commissions for NFTs or anything related to cryptocurrency/the blockchain.
• Commissions may take up to 3 months to be completed. The client is encouraged to reach out to the artist and request an ETA.
• Revisions may cost extra, depending on the amount of work the revision would require. However, if they are small, there will be no extra cost.
