I am human, and in university, please do not spam me asking when a commission will be done. If you need something done within a certain timeframe please let me know so we can work something out.2. 50% of payment is required up front.
A commission will not be started unless half of the payment is payed first.3. I reserve the right to cancel a commission.

You can ask for as many progress shots as you wish, final sketches before the official line art begins will also be shown to you2. Changes
You can ask for as many changes as you want during the sketching stages! However, once we are past the sketching stage, a complete restart or entirely new idea will not be possible.3. Refunds
If your commission is less than 50% completed, you are free to ask for a full refundIf your commission is more than 50%, you are free to request a refund of 50% of the total cost of the commission.If your commission is 90% completed, or done, you will not receive a refund and your piece will be finished if it hasn't already been done.4. Rights and PermissionsI retain the right to use commission pieces for promotional purposes.Customers are paying for the art only, I retain all copyrights over my work.Customers are NOT permitted to reproduce, redistribute, resell, trace, copy, or use the art in any private or public space with intention of profit.You are also not permitted to edit or alter commissions, unless explicitly stated by the artist.Any and all of my work is never to be used in blockchain related technology, to include NFTs, AI tech, cryptocurrency, or any future technology that may be invented in the space.5. What are you entitled to as the customerYou as the customer are welcome to use your commission for personal reasons including but not limited to: Wallpapers, icons, backgrounds, banners, avatars, and personal website/profile displays.You reserve the right to print or create other physical products of your commission, as long as it is for personal use ONLY. If you breach T.O.S you will be barred from all future commissions and immediate cancellation of any and all current commissions. Refunds for cancelled comissions follow the same rules as above.
