commission tos

  • When uploading the artwork I give you anywhere please credit me! All of my social medias can be found on my home page

  • I have the right to not accept your commission if I feel I will not be able to complete it. I will try my best to inform you if I do not take on your commission

  • I prefer payment upfront(especially for large comms like comics, animations, etc.) but I will also accept payment after a wip is given or half the payment upfront and the other half after the commission is completed

  • I can refund your commission if it is still in the sketch or lineart stage. once I have started coloring I will not refund as by that point the commission is nearly completed. If you are wanting a refund please contact me to ask how far along I am and I will tell you if I’m able to refund or not

  • you can absolutely ask for a wip of your commission at any time as long as it isn’t too frequent. Asking every few days or so is alright but asking every hour is not. I typically have a lot of projects that I’m workout on and won’t have time to spend every second of my day working on commissions

  • I will always send a sketch of your commission so that you know I’ve started working on it! I will not continue to work on your comm until you have approved of the sketch and want nothing changed about it

  • depending on your commission type it may take me longer to complete it. small things such as headshots, half bodies, and full bodies will typically only take me 1-3 days to get done from the time I start on it. Comics can take 1-3 days as well depending on how fast I’m working on them. Animations will most likely take the longest and I cannot give an exact amount of days, but please allow at least a week for me to complete it. small animations will take the least amount of time and large animations will take me the most amount of time

  • When giving me oc reference sheets please make sure I can see the whole design clearly! Clear, digital reference sheets will be the easiest for me to work with. Traditional, avatar(with the exception of picrew designs), descriptions, heavily watermarked refs, and extremely fuzzy refs will be hard for me to work with

  • at this time I am not able to draw super complex designs. This includes detailed tabbies, lots of spots(unless I can use a dot brush or something similar to do it), lots of faded places, etc. If you give me a character that is too complicated for me to draw I will let you know

  • For comics and animations with full scenes in them, I may or may not be able to draw the background you are requesting. backgrounds are something that I struggle with and if I’ve had no experience drawing the background you’re wanting I may or may not be able to draw it

design tos

  • When uploading the design I give you anywhere please credit me for the initial creation of the character. All of my social medias can be found on my home page

  • you cannot sell a design for more than you bought it for unless you get extra art done of it! You should also be selling them for the same currency/the equivalent of the same currency you used to purchase it. If you did not buy the design and received it through a trade I would prefer if it wasn’t sold for any kind of currency unless you buy extra art for them

  • you can change things about the design/redesign them if you want but I should still be credited for the original design!

  • I highly prefer for all my designs to be kept on Toyhouse so that I can keep track of them but if you don’t have one/don’t use your Toyhouse account I completely understand if they can’t be uploaded on there

  • If the design you get from me is made on a base(that wasn’t made by me) you must remember to credit the base maker as well! If I didn’t make the base myself I do not want to be credited as the base maker
