Commercial Use: Adoptables are intended for personal use only Commercial use is permitted but requires an additional fee of 50% of the original purchase cost.

Restrictions: Characters designed by Lehicolmillos, must not be in the possession of individuals on the blacklist. Violation will result in the current owner being added to the list.

- Avoid associating Lehicolmillos' works, even if they are free to use, with individuals on the blacklist.

Reporting Violations: If you witness, confront, or have direct evidence of someone breaking these rules, please inform me via my social media.

Bomboms species: Bomboms are an open species created by me, the only rule to follow is not to give away, share or let anyone on the blacklist have a myo of my species.

☁️GENERAL☁️: Complex characters will increased the price.

✧Do not remove my watermark from my art work.

✧Only clients can reupload their respective commissions.

✧I have full permission to post the commission for promotional use of my work. (If you want your commission to be private, send a direct DM.)

✧If the commission requires more than 3 changes (especially after the sketch) it will cost extra.

☁️PAYMENTS☁️:✧Payment is first. Not in parts, not after the first sketch, much less after finishing the commission.

✧Only Paypal.

✧All payments and prices must be in EUROS.

☁️RUSH ORDER☁️: Extra costs will be added for quick commissions or with a specific date.

☁️DEADLINES AND DELIVERY☁️: My delivery time is from 7 days to a 2 month.

If it takes me longer than agreed, I'll let you know! It may be due to some personal urgency.

☁️INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS☁️: As the creator of the artistic work, I am due credit.

✧The use of AIs is not allowed in my work.

✧Do not re-sell or use as NFT.

☁️REFUNDS☁️:

Refunds are only allowed if the work has not yet started.

If the refund is really necessary and is made halfway through the work, I keep the entire work and the permission to edit it.

Otherwise we can reach an agreement.

☁️COMMUNICATION☁️:

✧Make sure you send some social network to communicate with you in sending the process of your commission! (Discord, twitter, instagram, TH, gmail, etc)
