GENERAL
I. I reserve the right to reject any commission for my own reasons.
II. I reserve the right of posting the artwork on any social media, portfolios/examples and using it for exposure purposes only, your privacy as customer will be maintained.
III. The client has to explain what they want to see in the results (in order to get an artwork which they enjoy).
IV. The time it takes to finish an artwork depends on how expensive the commission is, (LEAST EXPENSIVE = LESS TIME / MOST EXPENSIVE = MORE TIME).
V. By commissioning me the client agrees with my terms of service.

PAYMENT AND PROCEDURE
I. Payment thought Paypal invoices (USD DOLLARS) or Roblox gamepasses (ROBLOX ONLINE CURRENCY)
II. Full payment is upfront
III. Any kind of references must be provided (VISUAL, DESCRIPTIVE, ETC).
IV. If you have a due date for the artwork to be finished you have to inform me before the transaction is done.
V. I will ask for screenshot proof of the payment.
VI. I will always send you the sketch to know the client's opinion before continuing and ask if the client wants any changes, the client can ask for further revisions.
VI. The final piece will be sent through the media in which the client contacted me through, I will ask if the client wants the artwork to be sent through any other media.
VII. No refunds.

COPYRIGHT AND USAGE
I. I'm still the author of the artwork, you cannot claim the art as yours.
II. The art is for personal use only, (PRINTS, RE-UPLOADS, PROFILE PICTURES, ETC.) the client is not allowed to create profits out of the commissioned art in any shape of form.
III. The client may repost the commissioned artwork in any social media with proper credits.
IV. The client cannot trace or recolor the art in order to claim it as theirs.
