  • i do not give out refunds unless it's an extremely dire circumstance, and anyone who consistently asks for a refund may be blacklisted from purchasing from me. do not buy if you can't afford!

  • the only time i will offer refunds is if your piece is taking me more than 2 months to complete. you may deny the refund if you're okay with waiting more! my turn around time has never been longer than around 2 weeks at most, but please be conscious that i am physically disabled and need some patience.

  • any art commissioned from me is for personal use only! i do not allow commercial use without discussion prior, and i will never allow ai or NFTs using my art.

  • i don't require payment until the sketch is approved but you're more than welcome to pay before then! you have two weeks after the sketch is sent to pay, if payment is not received you'll be moved to the bottom of my queue and stay there until i receive payment. if i am left on read or not given updates for an unreasonable amount of time you will be removed all together and possibly greylisted. i am very patient and understanding, just please communicate with me! i'm almost always willing to accommodate ^^
