hey, welcome to my sliver of the internet. i'm gone.
i'm a freelance artist that tends to disappear from the face of the planet from time to time.

I've been a self-taught artist for around 7 years now, exploring various fields, but my primary focus is on digital art and design. I'm currently interested in adding animation, video editing, tattoo design, acrylics, and watercolor painting to my portfolio. occasionally I dabble in music production as well.

besides art, my hobbies include binging & analyzing horror movies, delving into obscure video essays, working out, pc games, and spending time outside. some current interests include dead by daylight, hollow knight, red dead ii online, cod: modern warfare ii, and scp: secret lab.

currently i attend university, majoring in environmental sciences. because of this my activity may be sporadic as i try to balance art and work.

→ you, the commissioner/customer, agree to these terms of service when commissioning me.
→ I, the artist, reserve the right to decline a person my services for any reason.
→ I reserve the right to repost commissioned artwork and use it in my gallery.
→ I will not use customer's character commission for personal profit (ex. selling prints or merch with said artwork).
→ the customer must be 18+ to order nsfw/suggestive artworks.
→ the customer must credit me with a link to my toyhou.se, twitter, tumblr, or website [all @antag0neist] when reposting or uploading to external sites.

☰ [ commission process & edits ] ☰
→ first and foremost, I am a full time college student so my coursework and mental wellbeing come first. please keep this in mind when submitting a request. if this impacts my commission queue, a status update will be provided.
→ I only work with clear references with easy to discern colors. please have one ready before making a request along with any additional reference material such as moodboards, palettes, personality info, and pose references.
→ typical turnaround time is from 2 days to 3 weeks. customers will be updated if the timeline changes.
→ deadlines and expedited processes may be discussed before starting the commission. this may incur an additional fee.
→ I will send an update of the initial sketch and ask if any changes need to be made before lining. any changes at this stage are free and it's encouraged to let me know of any feedback.
→ the customer may request updates, however, please note that asking too frequently may slow down the process.
→ once the finished piece is done, I will send the full unwatermarked image through a means of the customer's choice.
→ any large changes requested after this stage may incur a fee.

☰ [ payment and refunds ] ☰
→ payment is collected through ko-fi or paypal invoice.
→ payment is requested either before beginning the commission or 50% before and 50% after completeion.
→ payment plans are available for commissions over $100.
→ refunds are only issued if requested at the time of the initial sketch being shown.
→ refunds will not be issued after lining or coloring.
→ if I cannot complete a commission for any reason, the customer will be refunded.
→ customers may not issue a wrongful chargeback if the work has been completed. doing so will result in a blacklist on all platforms.

→ customers may use their commissioned artwork as social media icons, banners, desktop/phone backgrounds, etc.
→ customers may repost my work to their social medias with proper credit.
→ customers may physically print their artwork for private display (with proper credit).
→ customers MAY NOT remove my signature or claim the artwork as their own in any way.
→ I DO NOT condone the use of my art (commissioned or otherwise) for NFTs, AI image generation training, political material, or unauthorized merchandise..
☰ [ commercial use ] ☰
→ commercial use of my art (ex. stickers, postcards, social media promotion, etc.) must be discussed with me beforehand.
☰ [ adoptables, customs, & design terms ] ☰
→ if you have bought a design or came into ownership of one of my designs by any means (trade, raffle, etc.), you agree to these terms of service.
→ after purchasing a design you own the character rights; though you still must credit me [antag0neist] for the design.
→ you may make minor edits to the design, change its info, and use it as you see fit.
→ owners may make or own NSFW material of a design as long as they are 18+.
→ you may NOT change the design to the point where it's unrecognizable from the original intent. this includes completely changing the species of the original design unless i give permission to do so.
→ you may, however, make alternate forms for your design, but the original design and credit must remain. you can't make an alternate form and get rid of the original.
→ you may only resell it for less than what you purchased it for unless the design has acquired additional commissioned artwork for said character. this is to avoid price gouging.
→ if reselling/rehoming, please link this TOS to the new owner so they know the conditions of owning my designs.
→ if you receive one of my designs for free [ex. raffle] then you may not sell it. you may only re-trade or re-gift it.
→ you may NOT use my character designs to promote political, hateful, illegal, or generally gross content.
→ if you break any of these terms, as the designer, I have the right to revoke the ownership of the design and reimburse the buyer the original amount it was bought for.

nope. unless you contact me and i give you specific permission to do so with credit, then this is a hard no.
this especially applies to artworks that have a "do not repost" watermark.
