Ao realizar a encomenda, você estará concordando com os termos abaixo!

Sobre conteúdos extras
> Um valor extra poderá ser acrescentado em casos de personagens extremamente complexos ou muito detalhados.
> Depois de usar 5 alterações gratuitas, um valor fixo de R$5,00 será cobrado a cada alteração (tanto pra geral quanto parcial).

> Personagens extras:
-Para o primeiro personagem extra será cobrado um acréscimo de 50% do valor total. A partir do terceiro, o valor acrescentado será integral.

> Backgrounds:
-Todas as artes vêm acompanhado de um background simples e gratuito no estilo de cores simples, abstrato ou padrões.
-Cenários e objetos são aceitos como conteúdos extras, e o seu valor será calculado de acordo com a complexidade.
-Cenários e objetos extremamente complexos poderão ser recusados.

Sobre Pagamentos
> O pagamento é único no valor total para quantias menores que 50 reais, e deve ser feita após a aprovação do rascunho conceitual pelo cliente.
> Se o cliente preferir, o pagamento único pode também ser realizado logo no início da encomenda, antes da entrega do rascunho.
> Caso o valor da comissão seja maior que 50 reais, um acordo de parcelamento pode ser realizada pelo cliente. Neste caso, a arte será continuada ao decorrer dos pagamentos, e será entregue somente após o pagamento de todas as parcelas.
> Para clientes residentes no Brasil, o pagamento poderá ser realizado pelo PayPal, Pix ou Boleto de depósito para a conta Nubank.
> Para clientes residentes nos demais países, somente o pagamento com a fatura do aplicativo PayPal são aceitos.

Sobre o tempo de espera
> Dependendo do estilo comissionado e da sua posição na fila, a encomenda pode demorar de 2 dias a 1 mês para ser finalizada .
> Uma vez que a encomenda for iniciada, o cliente poderá ver de forma rápida o andamento da sua arte acessando o link do Trello anexado na opção de "Lista de Espera", além de poder checar a sua posição na fila.
> O cliente sempre possui o direito de pedir uma atualização do progresso da arte, independente da sua posição/andamento na fila de espera.

Sobre cancelamentos da arte e reembolsos
> O cliente tem direito ao cancelamento da arte encomendada a qualquer momento, independente do progresso da arte.
> A comissão pode ser cancelada pelo próprio artista, em casos de:
-Desconforto no tema ou pregresso da encomenda;
-Não conseguir sentir segurança na relação cliente-artista;
-Problemas pessoais, que impeçam a continuidade do serviço.
> Em casos de desistência e cancelamento por parte do cliente, poderá ser discutido e decidido um valor a ser reembolsado, seguindo as seguintes regras:
-O valor do reembolso será calculado de acordo com o andamento da comissão, seguindo os preços da lineart e finalizações escolhidas pelo cliente. (Por exemplo, caso a encomenda seja de "Clean Line", "Simple Shade" e com backgrounds, e o andamento da comissão estava no processo de lineart, o reembolso será a soma do valor do "Simple Shade" e do valor do background adicional.)
-Reembolsos não serão aceitos depois da arte ter chegado na fase final de shading, ou após já ter sido finalizada.
> Em casos de cancelamento por parte do artista, o cliente terá o direito de receber um reembolso total do valor pago.
> Em casos de pausas emergenciais de longo período ou de tempo indeterminado (hiatus) anunciado pelo artista, o cliente tem o direito de solicitar o cancelamento e o reembolso total do valor pago pela arte.
> Independente da forma como ocorrer o cancelamento da comissão, o cliente não terá o direito de receber a arte não finalizada, a menos que o artista sinta-se confortável com isso.
> Se o cliente desejar uma mudança nas opções de finalizações (lineart e shading) da arte após o pagamento já ter sido realizado, e for possível fazer tais alterações:
-Um reembolso calculado pela diferença de preços será emitido pelo artista, ou;
-Um acréscimo, também calculado pela diferença dos preços, será solicitado pelo artista.

Advertências Gerais
> Dependendo do nível de progresso da arte, mudanças na pose, no estilo, cores e finalizações podem não ser possíveis. Confira bem o rascunho e "wips" enviados.
> As artes das comissões (podendo incluir wips) serão postados nas redes sociais do artista como parte de seu portfólio para divulgação. Avise com antecedência caso prefira que a sua encomenda não seja divulgada!
> O valor cobrado pela arte diz respeito somente ao uso pessoal. Se o cliente deseja fazer uso comercial da arte, um acréscimo (cujo valor depende do estilo escolhido) deve ser cobrado.
> A assinatura não deve ser apagada de forma alguma. Caso o local assinado seja inconveniente, o cliente tem direito de pedir para o artista mudar o local de assinatura.
> Em casos de postar, publicar ou compartilhar a arte comissionada, por favor adicione, se for possível, os créditos ao artista original "Aoneko"/"Aoneko-san".
> É estritamente proibido o plágio, tracing, roubo ou qualquer uso ilegal da arte comissionada.

About extra content
> An extra value can be added in cases of extremely complex or very detailed characters.
> After using 5 free changes, a fixed amount of $2.00 will be charged for each change (both general and partial).

> Extra characters:
-For the first extra character, an addition of 50% of the total amount will be charged. From the third, the added value will be full.

> Backgrounds:
-All artwork comes with a simple and free background in the style of simple colors, abstract or patterns.
-Scenarios and objects are accepted as extra content, and their value will be calculated according to the complexity.
-Extremely complex scenarios and objects may be refused.

About Payments
> Payment is one-time in the total amount for amounts less than 50 reais, and must be made after approval of the conceptual draft by the client.
> If the customer prefers, the single payment can also be made at the beginning of the order, before delivery of the draft.
> If the commission amount is greater than 50 reais, an installment agreement can be made by the customer. In this case, the artwork will be continued throughout the payments, and will only be delivered after all installments have been paid.
> For customers residing in Brazil, payment can be made by PayPal, Pix or Deposit slip to the Nubank account.
> For customers residing in other countries, only payment with invoice from the PayPal application is accepted.

About waiting time
> Depending on the commissioned style and your position in the queue, the order can take from 2 days to 1 month to complete.
> Once the order is started, the customer will be able to quickly see the progress of their art by accessing the Trello link attached in the "Waiting List" option, in addition to being able to check their position in the row.
> The client always has the right to request an update of the artwork's progress, regardless of its position/progress in the queue.

About art cancellations and refunds
> The customer has the right to cancel the artwork ordered at any time, regardless of the progress of the artwork.
> The commission can be canceled by the artist himself, in cases of:
-Discomfort in the theme or progress of the order;
-Not being able to feel secure in the client-artist relationship;
-Personal problems, which prevent the continuity of the service.
> In cases of withdrawal and cancellation by the customer, an amount to be refunded can be discussed and decided, following the following rules:
-The refund amount will be calculated according to the commission progress, following the lineart prices and finalizations chosen by the customer. (For example, if the order is for "Clean Line", "Simple Shade" and with backgrounds, and the commission progress was in the lineart process, the refund will be the sum of the value of the "Simple Shade" and the value of the background additional.)
-Refunds will not be accepted after the artwork has reached the final shading stage, or after it has already been completed.
> In cases of cancellation by the artist, the client will be entitled to receive a full refund of the amount paid.
> In cases of long-term emergency breaks or indefinitely (hiatus) announced by the artist, the client has the right to request cancellation and full refund of the amount paid for the art.
> Regardless of how the commission is canceled, the client will not be entitled to receive unfinished artwork unless the artist is comfortable with it.
> If the customer wants a change in the finishing options (lineart and shading) of the artwork after the payment has already been made, and it is possible to make such changes:
-A refund calculated by the price difference will be issued by the artist, or;
-An addition, also calculated by the difference in prices, will be requested by the artist.

General Warnings
> Depending on the level of art progress, changes in pose, style, colors and finishes may not be possible. Check the draft and sent "wips" well.
> The artwork of the commissions (which may include wips) will be posted on the artist's social networks as part of his portfolio for dissemination. Please let us know in advance if you prefer that your order not be disclosed!
> The amount charged for the artwork is for personal use only. If the client wishes to make commercial use of the artwork, an addition (the amount of which depends on the chosen style) must be charged.
> The signature must not be deleted in any way. If the signed location is inconvenient, the client has the right to ask the artist to change the signature location.
> In cases of posting, publishing or sharing commissioned art, please add, if possible, credits to the original artist "Aoneko"/"Aoneko-san".
> Plagiarism, tracing, theft or any illegal use of commissioned art is strictly prohibited.
