The client is purchasing my artist labor only.

I reserve the right to modify and use any rejected sketches at a later date.

I cannot claim the intellectual property or reuse/resell the image for personal or commercial projects.

Personal commissions are for non-profit use only.

Commercial projects require additional discussion, please contact me through my contact information.

Full credit is required when reuploading the commissioned art rightfully under, Arkaingel.

You may resell it for the purchased price it in the case of trading the characters where its assets are being considered for its price.

You may not claim the work as your own, edit, or redistribute it for profit.

Any AI and blockchain related usage of my work is strictly prohibited under any circumstance. All such usage should be considered unauthorized.
✧ No derivatives of the work may be made into/minted/sold as NFT or other cryptocurrencies.
✧ No changes or adjustments may be made by machine learning or derived technologies.
✧ No derivatives of my work is not allowed to be created through the use of above-mentioned technologies.

Please consult me about the subject matter if you are unsure.

I will not draw from descriptions alone, you must have some sort of visual reference. Found references are perfectly acceptable.
Ex. mood boards, stock photos, self taken photos, etc.

I reserve the right to decline your commission request.

I will respect requests to not publicly post the commission. Please notify me, additional fees may apply.

I am not associated with any views demonstrated by the character or media presented in my work at the demands of my commissioner.

If a client not reply within 30 days of receiving drafts or work in progress photos, I consider the commission cancelled by the client. In this case, already paid money will not be returned, drafts are not stored and I will proceed with any existing image as I see fit.

All payments will be issued via Stripe or Paypal invoice in USD unless discussed otherwise.

Alternate payment options include Ko-Fi and Arbum and must be discussed in the ordering process.

Payment is due up front. At least 50% down payment is required before I start.
Full payment is required to continue beyond a finalized sketch.

Please pay within 48 hours or notify me of an expected wait time. Failure to do so will result in termination of the order.

Payment plans available at request for orders over $100.

Price additives include but are not limited to: Complex details, Backgrounds, Deadlines.

Full refunds are only issued if I decide to cancel an order or if the commission has not been started.

There are no refunds after the sketch has been approved, all payments are finalized.

Unless otherwise stated, commissions will generally be finished within 1-4 weeks.

I will not accept hard deadlines at this time.

Clients will be notified if there are any delays and keep you updated on the progress of your order.

Please respect that I am a full-time student and my schedule may interfere with the delivery time.

Once I approve of your commission request, you will be contacted via your listed socials and sent an invoice.

I will start the commission after receiving full or 50% down payment.
Full payment is required to continue beyond a finalized sketch.

If payment is not received within 48 hours without prior notice, the commission will be cancelled.

During the commission process, major revisions are only allowed during the sketching stage (ex. pose, character, outfit, setting).
✧ There is a maximum of 5 major revisions, any revisions after will incur and additional fee.
✧ Unlimited minor revisions (ex. additional and/or missing details, color changes) are allowed during any of the commission stages.

Please be clear with what you want to be changed and feel free to use other works and photos as references.

After a commission is completed, only mistakes on made on my part will be revised without charge such as missing or incorrect features on the given reference. Any errors due to an unclear reference and/or description will not be revised. Minor revisions will incur an additional fee.

Throughout the commission process, I will be distributing updates to be sure the commission is on track.

If you want an update please feel free to contact me periodically. Some artworks may take more than a month to complete, so frequent updates may not be fulfilled.

I cannot provide physical shipments of your commission.

All commissions are distributed digitally via email or other online contact platforms with a signed, high resolution, PNG/JPEG file.

You can request a transparent background file isolating the character, or other file variations.

Signature is small and incorporated into the work, it should not disrupt the image.

I do not distribute PSD files or unsigned work at this time.
