Aki enjoys the occult, gardening, books, both board & video games, and obviously, art regarding all of the above. They spend their time working full time, while juggling crafting and hobbies, gardening and pets.
They live with their supportive partner (A werewolf) Their chaotic dogs (Jazz & Bolin), sharp cat (Kelsier), and precious snakely son (Ozorne).
As far as artistic interests go, Aki is primarily interested in hobby artistry, using the digital medium program Clip Studio Paint and a Huion Kamvas tablet. Their primary subjects are Human(oid), generally female, and often of a fantasy or D&D genre.

Terms of Service
This contract applies to the artist, who is referred to as “the seller”, and person or institution further called “the customer” purchasing from the seller a work of art further called “the product”. By ordering the product from the seller, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditionsPayment:
◦ The customer agrees to pay the full due amount upfront for any orders of value lower or equal to $20.
◦ Customer accepts that work on the product will not commence until the required payment has been received by the seller.
◦ For orders above $20, the customer agrees to pay a minimum of half the total upfront. The other half will be paid in full upon the approval of the sketch.
◦ Customer accepts that work on the product will not commence until the required payment has been received by the seller.
◦ Any other payment schedule has to be mutually agreed upon BEFORE any work on the product can start.
◦ The customer agrees to pay the total amount specified in USD or online site currency.
◦ All USD is to be sent to the seller via Paypal.
◦ It is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay for any currency conversion costs.
◦ The seller reserves the right to change their prices at any time. If a customer has already paid before a price change, they will not be affected by the change.Delivery of the Product:
◦ Customer agrees that the product will be delivered digitally to email address provided by Customer, by a provided discord, or social media after the final payment has been received by the seller.
Any other method of delivery, either digital or physical, has to be mutually agreed BEFORE the work commences.
◦ The customer is obliged to bear any costs incurred by alternative delivery methods, such as postal costs, material costs, digital service subscription fees etc.
◦ It is the sole responsibility of the customer to propose a delivery method which works for both parties.
◦ The seller cannot be held accountable for the customer’s loss of access to the delivery method, loss of delivered files, impediments such as spam filters or any other technical obstacles outside responsibility of the seller.
Revisions in the Product:
◦ The customer has the right to THREE complete revisions in the sketching phase. Any more will result in a fee equal to 10% of the total cost. Note: This does not apply to minor edits. All minor edits in the sketching phase are allowed with no fee, until they reach a point where they completely change a piece. At that point, the 25% fee will be added.
◦ The customer has the right to 1-3 minor edits after completion, such as changing an eye color or fixing a small detail. Any requests above that, however minor, will likely result in added charges. Any such increase will be invoiced separately. Work on any such excessive requests will not commence until the payment for the additional invoice(s) has been received. The addition fee will depend on the amount and complexity of the item being changed. The fee will be discussed upfront. Any larger changes (such as a change to clothing, change in hair style, change in posing, and more) will result in a higher fee, likely 50% of the total cost, and will only be allowed once. Any additional major changes will not be allowed, unless the customer purchases a new piece with the changes.Communications Expectations:
◦ The customer agrees to contact the seller in a fast and responsive manner, responding swiftly to any requests for comments, clarifications, opinions, validation of progress etc. Lack of timely communication on behalf of the customer will be recognized as implicit approval of all work progress and current state of the product.
◦ Any disrespectful behavior towards the seller or anyone else will NOT be tolerated. It might result in cancellation of order without any right of the customer to receive a refund, and may result in refusing any service to the customer in the future.Use of the Product:
◦ The product received by the customer is for personal use ONLY. Any use of the product for commercial purposes, reselling it, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes has to be approved BEFOREHAND by the seller. This will require a separate agreement between the customer and seller, defining exact conditions and financial implications of such use of the product.
◦ By purchasing the product, the customer agrees when posting the image to any public access or image hosting sites, to upload a watermarked image and properly credit the seller. A "credit" refers to linking the seller's website, as well as referring to them by business name.
◦ The seller reserves the right to post all pieces at any stage of completion on their social medias. The customer may contact the seller if they do not want their pieces posted online.Information on Cancellation and Refunds:
◦ The seller reserves every right to refuse or cancel any order, under condition of full refund, without giving reasons to customers.
◦ The customer has the right to request a full refund if there's been no progress for two consecutive months, or when the product has not been completed within five months. Refund conditions for commissions which require more work (full bodies, anything involving background/environmental work, custom character designs, reference sheets, bulk orders, and others) must be agreed separately, before the work commences. These provisions exclude work interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as illness, accident or any other credibly documented reason for interruption of work.
