You are not allowed to use my art for profit unless I've stated otherwise.
The information on this site does NOT apply for commercial commissions - contact me about those, and we can discuss them.
You may NOT add my art to any Machine learning dataset, nor use it to train AI.
You may NOT resell my art as an NFT or use it in any blockchain-related project.

You may re-post my work elsewhere, as long as proper credit is given.
This includes my username (Artevotti) or a link back to my Toyhouse or Tumblr.
You may not repost my NSFW work without my permission.

DOs and DON'Ts:
I can draw humanoid, Anthro and feral characters- I am mostly a fantasy artist, and thus machinery is not my strong suit, but I am able to work with robotic subjects as well.
I will only accept NSFW commissions on a case-by-case basis.
I will not accept commissions that involve hate speech, heavy political themes, and anything that may be illegal for me to engage with as an European citizen
I reserve the right to reject any commission offer

Payment:
I only accept payments in Euros (€) through paypal invoice.
I only accept payment upfront and in full for orders under 200€. Payment plans are aivable for orders over 200€
I will only issue full refunds for orders I have not started yet, or orders that have been not updated in 3 months.
Partial refunds are aivable, but will need to be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
In the event of a paypal chargeback, the client will be blacklisted and all commissions rendered null.

Previews and Edits:
The client will always recieve a preview for every "step" of the process (Thumbnail sketch, Refined sketch, Lines, Colors, Shading) if applicable.
The client is may ask for 4 small modifications (such as details, expressions) and 2 large modifications (Props, Pose, background) to the sketch or lineart stage, if applicable. Further modifications will apply additional charges.
The client may NOT ask for a finished piece to be modified
The client will recieve a .png version of the commissioned piece both in full size and reduced size, a transparent .png version of the piece without background (if applicable), a .clip file and a .psd file. It is the client's responsibility to keep track of those files, as due to hardware limitations they will be inaccessible to me at the end of the month in which the piece was finished.
Currently, No matter the medium, the finished piece will not be physically shipped to the client.

Completion time:
When accepting your commission, I will give you an approximate completion time, however that time is NOT always accurate, as I can't predict what might happen in my life, and I work full time.
I tend to work on orders during weekends and weekday evenings.
NSFW orders may take longer to complete.
